 + -1 moreFrom start to finish Tom (One of the owners and main plumber), Lisa (Co-Owner, wife of Tom) and George (his one and only employee) were on top of their game and got the job done right! I, as every home owner should, requested a certificate of liability and workers comp prior to scheduling an appointment. The very next day I received my copy and scheulded the appt. The responsiveness to my work request was timely. The work was done in an efficient manner, both Tom and George were more than polite when it came to answering my questions and best of all they didn't give me a tough guy attitude when I asked them to either wear booties or take their boots off so they did not stain my freshly shampooed carpets. Not for one moment did I ever feel as I was being told I needed more work done than was actually needed. I would call TLC again for service in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: The provider installed a new toilet (owner supplied), replaced four faulty valves, installed disposal (owner supplied) and instructed on how to replace tub spout.

 + -1 moreNo services were performed. He was supposed to work on a renovation project of mine on Friday the 7th. No show. Left 2 messages on his cell phone, no call back. Finally at 6:15 that evening, he called very apoligetically. Really messed my day AND lost money. Then he hung up on me. Never again.

 + -1 moreCalled then, answered in 30 mins. (Also called Comfort - they never returned the call). Came out the same day to see the job to be done, gave me an estimate. Next day, as promised, installed a new hot water tank, on time, very professional, on budget. Could not ask for more!
