Saeed was very attentive to our carpenter ant issue. We called on a Sunday morning & explained we were going away THAT night for a week's vacation when we were visited by carpenter ants in the house. Saeed came out that very afternoon. He inspected the area and went right to it. He was very professional and explained everything. He guarantees his work up to 3 months. It's been a few weeks and no ants. Highly recommended.

I had them come for ants. As I write it is before the expiration of the 3 month guarantee but, 2 weeks later, no sign of ants! It is understood that they may come back if the house has some rotten shingles/wood. I think that is the case with mine. This treatment got rid of the immediate problem and bought me some time to figure out if I have a more serious problem. Owner was very professional!
