Description of Work: I met Joe Silva at a stone yard and he was a very kindly gentleman. I later called him to arrange an estimate and his son Norbert said that he would be near my area the following day and could stop by at lunch time. When I called to confirm near lunch time, Norbert and Pop had left the area. So I arranged an appointment with Norbert for a weekend day at 11:00 am. Again, no call, and no show for the appointment. Poor Joe Silva. Very nice fellow but it is a mistake to put his son on the front end as he appears to be quite caviler with appointments. I called and left a message that I could never consider them for any of the projects I have.
