Description of Work: Full deferred maintenance on 5 HVAC units and air handlers, none of which had ever been cleaned, and one which was not working at all.

Description of Work: We had a leaky shower. Mr. Anthony Jacozzi was supposed to fix the leak for a set price. Not only did he overcharge us but he never fixed the leak. We asked for him to return and fix it, he refused and then forced us to call the BBB because he refused to fix it nor return a portion of the money.

Description of Work: Great guy. Fast, good follow up, you always get a human when you call (he has a service that takes his messages and he returns your call.) He squeezed in my problem with my sink on his anniversary. Uncommon customer service.

Description of Work: Needed someone to help us clear out heavily clogged underground drainage pipes in the home we had recently purchased. I called Jacozzi because I knew from their listing on Angie's List that they had camera equipment to help locate the clogs. Tony put in a really hard part of a day but got all of our lines cleared, with the exception of one pipe that had collapsed, but he pinpointed its location for us so we could later have it replaced. Not long after having Jacozzi help with our drainage issues, the condensate pump on one of our air handlers went out, and they came out quickly to replace it. I opted not to use Jacozzi for our regular A/C tuneups, however, as our regular HVAC company has significantly better pricing for that service.

Description of Work: Tony had to fix problems with my heating system. Who ever did the plumbing in this house messed up. One room could not stay warm in really cold weather and our small bathroom would be way too hot. Tony had to figure it all out and redo the system. He was great. He figured out the problem and fixed it. I've had the oil company guy out a number of times to see what was wrong and he gave me nothing. Tony took the time to actually figure out the problem ( he had to think, something none of the other guys did) then fixed it. He was right on the money, he fixed the problem and now it's all fine. I read the other reports, and someone said his price was a bit much, but he did not charge me for the time it took him to figure out the problem. He was honest, figured out the problem, told me the trouble and told me his price to fix it. He did a great job and fixed the problem! No one else even seemed that they tried to really find out what the real trouble was. His price was fair and I feel that if I had to pay to the time and knowledge it took him to troubleshoot the problem the bill would be a lot more. I will recommend him and use him again!

Description of Work: Tony has performed work in my house a few times and I wouldn't hesitate to call him back. He is EXCELLENT! His prices may be slightly higher than others but his level of expertise is unmatched. My first experience was a broken shower stall valve that he repaired quickly and perfectly. He also installed a new spicket and replaced 10+ corroded shut off valves. he also replaced the hoses on my washing machine as he saw they had dry rot and were about to explode.

Description of Work: WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE DISHWASHER LEAKING IN THE KITCHEN. THEY HAD TO REPLACE A WATER LINE GOING INTO IT.
