I called in the morning and Tim came out that afternoon. He adjusted everything and then reset my watering schedule (the old company put way too much water on my lawn and as result the lawn got a fungus). Tim also replace a head and mentioned that one other was leaking a bit but doesn't need to be replaced right away. I appreciated the honesty as one guy told me I needed 8 heads replaced and that clearly wasn't the case . Also, the charge to replace the head was 1/2 as much as my previous service provider. Chrissy in the office is also so nice and prompt. You have a new customer for life.

Scheduled Green Wave Irrigation to service my sprinklersystem. I even called them the day before the scheduled visit to confirm. Waited all day - they never showed.

They took my call and had me scheduled for the next day. Team showed up, and worked quickly and professionally for that stated price. Thats about all you can ask for!

They came on time as quoted. I actually went to Angie's List and looked at the other recommendations for them and they seemed to be saying things like they were prompt as quoted so I went with them. They did the job as required and that is what matters.

He fixed all the sprinklers for me and was very professional and patient. He cooperated with me regarding the payment arrangement. He did an awesome in finishing my project. He was a gentlman and would highly recommend him.

I called a few times and left a message. He called back and left a message of when he'd be in the area. I missed that call, so I called back, left three messages, and he never replied.

He is extremely professional, reasonably priced and and honest guy. I had multiple disasters with East Coast Irrigation when I first moved here, then found Dave. I have referred him to at least 5 friends who all use him and are very happy with his services. He runs a modest operation so he has time to pay attention to individual customers, usually there doing the work with his crew.

Smooth as glass, called Wednesday, initial visit Thursday, did full inspection and start-up Friday. System is working perfectly. Dave is trying to focus on Fairfield/Westport local accounts (vs. Greenwich, etc.). Very professional, did what they said and no hassles at all. Although we didn't need 'extra' heads replaced (vs. typical winter loss), Dave explained that any additional work would be quoted and explained before going ahead and doing it (sounds basic, but not always the case with other contractors).
