 + -1 morePaul was very nice and kept telling us to call us if there are more problems. They responded quickly, and we thought their prices were reasonable. We plan on hiring them again for a larger project. They never charged us for the estimate or for the return visit, which we appreciated.
Description of Work: Phil, the owner, came out to check our attic fan b/c we thought we needed it replaced, but he told us we didn't need to replace it. Paul then came back to replace the motor and belt in it.
