This was the most painless construction job I have had. Demetrius was professional, his men were fast and very clean. The workers took the time to fix small things concerning the roof, at no extra cost. Very happy....

I finally got around to writing a review, it's long overdo! I am extremely happy with the installation of my roof, and working with Demetrius. He and his men were professional, prompt, friendly, and the price was fair. Moreover, Demetrius gladly installed 3 mirrorized sun tunnels in my living room which provides beautiful light. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend Demetrius Pettway Construction.

He Demetrius went himself to do estimate. He sent it email in 2days and then called after holiday weekend. It was for a brand new roof. I was hoping for a repair by toilet vents but his price for entire roof was good. I questioned him about it and we agreed to do the next day. That morning my neighbor calls me because they were on his roof. Half hour later Demetrius calls to tell me he'll adjust the price accordingly. I asked exactly how much and he said $4700. I told him to leave and he went down to $4500 and said he had all the supplies down there. I agreed and met him later at the house to give him the cash. I gave him the $4700 plus $55 for plywood. That's all I had. They had about 2hrs to go so I left and came back the next day. The roof looked beautiful and everything was clean but the ridge vent/cap was done. I can't be sure the ice/dam layer was done either. I was told he didn't make anything on the job and I'm not know what else might not have been done. I did question him and it's not my fault he estimated the wrong house. I asked to meet him for the estimate. These are the reasons I'm giving him 3.5 stars. He is very nice . His crew is very polite and hard working butI still have to get someone to at least do the ridge vent. Hopefully everything else was done correctly

Efficient, professional, and pleasant to work with from initial contact to completion. Discussing the job combined with seeing these reviews gave us complete confidence, and we weren't disappointed. Demetrius gave us the best quote, and during the project a few extra repairs were done at a very fair price.

He is very professional and personable, and his workers hard-working and respectful. Our roof was installed in 1 day, and all debris was cleaned up as promised. Demetrius and his workers were very professional and followed through on every detail of the job. Even when my wife changed the color of the shingles at the last minute, it was handled promptly. Demetrius was very easy to get a hold of and quickly responded to phone calls. I recommended him to my neighbor who is very satisfied with his new roof also. he recommended I replace my roof but due to budget couldn't do it yet. I asked him if there was a temporary solution. told me he could fix it temporarily meaning 2 years and then I would have the same problem. went ahead and did it. 2 years later. had the same problem so I was really happy because his work did last as long as he told me. but I bought extra time in the meantime. Thank you Demetrius! Very honest and helpful.

I really enjoyed working with Demetrius and his crew. Not only did the company do a great job, but Demetrius answered my emails super promptly, followed up with any requests and went above and beyond. He drove by a house I liked to determine the color of the tiles, nailed up several color samples so we could get an idea of what we liked with our color scheme, and was simply the nicest person to work with. He was able to start within days of signing the contract, was reasonable compared to some of the quotes we received, and was very dependable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

my dogs have an invisible fence and are used to roaming their yard. His workers make sure that all dangerous items were in the dumpster before they left at night so that my dogs could be safe.

I would recommend Demetrius. He did just what he said he would do. The price was just what I thought it would be.The place was left clean at the end of the job. Being that I wasn't home to give him the down payment, he started the job and told me not to worry and that I can pay him at the end of the Job. I never expected him to include the shed as well for the price. It was a job well done.

This contractor was very professional and knew the business. I had a choice of colors for the shingles, I told him what I wanted. He said that's fine, but he recommended a color that he thought would look good on the house. He was spot on and I'm very pleased that he recommended the color. I think his knowledge of the roofing business is superb. He had enough confidence to tell me the difference in the colors, other contractors would have just put the color the homeowner choose. His price was very reasonable. After he was done putting on my roof I could not tell that he was there ( except that I had a beautiful new roof). He left everything as clean or cleaner than when he started. My wife and I were very pleased with his employees, that we treated them to lunch the last day they worked. I would HIGHLY recommend this contractor.

This is a great contractor. He delivered on time. The quality of work was excellent. His price was very reasonable, in fact 70% of the high bidder, 82% of the second bidder. I would recommend this company. AAA+++ In fact, I would suggest you get a quote from this company before proceeding with any other company.
