Very happy with his work, honest guy who told us straight, and solved our problem. Called a few days later to make sure everything was as expected. Will use again for future roofing needs.

Demetrius was very accurate in his promises of timing of the job, very prompt and responsive, and left the job site in good condition. I would definitely recommend him and his team.

Demetrius Pettway came to my home and identified the repair quickly and carefully. Fortunately he was in Wilton doing other work and was able to come within a couple of hours of the request. He was professional and gave me an overview of the situation, and made the suggested repair in quick order. Would hire him again as it was a pleasant experience.

It was horrible. First he had me wait for 3 weeks before he started. He then only caulked 2 windows and tard about a foot of the chimney. He thought that would solve my roof leak problem. It rained and it came right through just as it did before his work. I asked him to come out to see if he could trouble shoot where it was coming from and he said he could not but for me to. I felt I had hired a professional and I found his ways very unprofessional. I asked him if he could then roof the front of the house which we had agreed on a price with the original work performed but he said he did not have time. So he wanted to be paid $750 for 2 hours of work. Not to mention it did not help remedy the situation. He tard the chimney about a foot around and then called me when he was finished and told me I should have the entire chimney replaced. If he thought that what he was doing was not going to help, he should have never done what he did. I had to hire another roofer and he has to undo everything he did so I don't feel I should have to pay him full price. I understand and respect people should be paid for their work but I believe they should stand by their work and conduct the relationship in a professional manner. I feel neither of these 2 qualities were there. I asked another roofer who is now working on my roof, what he would have charged for the work he performed which was less than 2 hours of caulking and taring. He said he would charge $350. I’m not able to see the work he has done as I’m out of the area for an extended period of time. I have to assume the work quality was sufficient but dealing with this contractor around payment was a nightmare though I continually assured him he would be paid in full.
