The price is high but I was willing to pay for a superior job, as described by the owner. They came on time and were polite. They washed the windows and screens adequately. The problem was attention to detail. The inside worker left wet equipment on my antique dresser, even after I talked to him about it, and left all my windows unlocked, I discovered the next day. There were little spots on most of the windows. When I asked I was told it requires a strong chemical and they don't have any on the truck. Somehow they also broke my hose, which I didn't know they were using and left a drink can on my antique dining room table. The owner listened snd agreed those things should not have happened and he paid to replace my hose.

The owner, Joseph, was a delight to work with. His employees were respectful of our property and worked non-stop.

Joseph and his colleague did thorough work. He took his time to explain what he was going to do, then did it, then walked around with me to make sure I was satisfied. Job was not easy since we have old-fashioned windows. Joseph had professional tools and products to do the job correctly. He takes his work seriously. Attitude and service was great. I will call them again.
