VPA Construction

I hired VPA Construction to put a metal roof on my Victorian homeâ s large wrap-around porch. Because of itâ s complicated and detailed curvature around two turrets as well as peaks, it required extensive customized cutting and fitting of the metal sections. Iâ m totally satisfied with the results. Boss, Alex, was directly involved in the construction phase either in a hands-on or supervisory capacity. He and his crew were hard-working, conscientious and produced a high quality product at a very reasonable cost. My builder who has been doing repair/restoration work on my house for over a decade, was also working on my home at the same time as the roof job. He is a stickler for perfection and was very favorably impressed with VPAâ s efforts. In his over 30 years as a builder, he has witnessed many a botched roof job due to either lack of caring or incompetence. Of particular importance, is the roof-vertical wall interface flashing as in the case of my porch. The VPA guys did it right! I strongly recommend Alex and his VPA Construction team.

Alex and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. He said it would possibly take two days to complete, and I got home from work, and it was completed in one day. I am so happy with my new roof and highly recommend them to everyone!

Very professional

The job was promised to be completed in 14 days from August 14, 2021. It is still not done. I have not heard from anyone. The owner also took materials from my property that I paid for totaling over $1000. I will expect a credit and the job to be completed by November 1, 2021 or the contract is voided. Thank you!

Alex and his crew did an amazing job installing new vinyl siding to our home, and was great in communicating to us every step of the way. The crew arrived right on time every day, and left each day leaving the work area around the house clean and in order. Additionally, they were very detail oriented and very easy to work with. Alessandro responded right away to our request, came and gave us a quote on fixing a huge mess that another person started for our front porch. He was able to give us a quote right away and though he was extremely busy he fit our small project in within a couple of weeks and did an amazing job. I had siding fall off my house after a windstorm he contacted me and came the next day. He And his crew were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The work was completed just a few days ago, so we do not know whether the leak is fixed or not. But we can note that the workers were very professional. They arrived on time and remained working until job was complete. Since we can't get onto the roof ourselves, we do not know the quality of the work, but the crew seemed efficient and thorough.

Removed 3 layers of shingle, replaced all plywood and put on new shingles in 1.5 days Fantastic cleanup! Roof looks great!

It was clear to me from the moment Alex looked at our deck that he knew exactly what he was doing. Our project involved replacing the decking and railings on an old 900 sq. ft. deck; we intended to fully reuse the underlying substructure. Alex inspected the substructure and pointed out a few deficiencies, which he said would be relatively easy to remediate, but agreed that it was sound. He then took extremely detailed measurements of the entire deck and existing railings so that he could arrive at an accurate (and fair) price. We then moved on to selecting the material we wanted to use as the replacement (in this case, Trex, with a contrasting vinyl railing). I had a firm estimate back from Alex within about 2 days. His estimate beat some others I had received by about 50%. Alex and his team did a phenomenal job replacing our deck; we couldnâ t be happier with the result. The entire project was completed in 6 days, despite some weather challenges. The quality of their work is, in my opinion, exceptional; the crew were some of the nicest and most professional tradesmen with whom I have ever dealt. I would highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone for any construction project.
