home inspection
+ -1 moreInitially we thought this inspector was good but he neglected to tell us that a huge bank of plate glass windows were no good, that the seals had broken. We even asked him twice to double check but he told us they were dirty. It will cost us $6,000 to replace them now and it is too late to negotiate with the seller. We tried repeatedly to contact him by phone and by letter only to be ignored. I would not use him or recommend him as we have found other issues he should have seen.
