We had an investation of mice running between the 2nd and 3rd fl of our house. I had set traps everywhere, but they were still there. Made an appt with Robert, who sent his employee out for an inspection. Robert called to say that he wanted to see the house for himself. He and his helper returned and did a thorough inspection from attic to basement. They must have spent 45 min to an hour poking in every nook and crany looking signs of mice. When they were through, he said that I was doing everything that they would be doing and even gave me more suggestions of places to put traps. He said that what I was doing would take care of the mice. He said there was no charge for the inspections. A week or two later all the mice were taken care of. Both Robert and his helper were very pleasant and helpful.

The work went on very well. He inspected inside the house and found an ant colony inside. Then went outside and found some there also. Then he sprayed some stuff around it and came back the second time about a month after to do the final application. That did it and there are no more ants. The cost was $300 and I thought that it was a little high but I got rid off ants. He did the job well so we have no complaints. If we had more pest problems then he would definitely be the guy that we would call.
