 + 0 moreHe didn't finish the floor and also didn't insulate anything. I wrote my lawyer two letters in regards to this legal problem.
Description of Work: He was supposed to put the laminate floor down in my condo and made my bedroom bigger. He was supposed to insulate the garage, cellar, and I paid him for it.
