Excellent communication, accommodating to our change in rescheduling and answered every question we had about our yellow jacket infestation in the walls on the second floor. One of our main concerns was the chemical dust used to kill the yellow jackets would seep through to inside and harm us or our cats. Garrett explained everything he was going to do, suited up in his bee protection gear, puffed the dust into the hole the wasps were going in and out of and we watched (from the safety of the inside) swarms of yellow jackets, covered in white dust, pouring out of the hole in the corner of the second floor window. It looked like a snow blizzard! Garrett watched their activity and puffed more dust into the hole to make certain any yellow jackets would carry the poison into the nest. Once things settled down and Garrett was satisfied with what he'd done, we came outside and he told us that should take care of our problem. If we saw any wasp activity in the next day or two, to call him and he would immediately come back and take care of it. Thankfully we haven't seen Any more yellow jackets. We caulked up the hole they were using and are very thankful to Rescue 1 and Garrett for eliminating this invasive and dangerous pest for us. I definitely recommend Rescue 1 for their professional and friendly service.

I submitted a request through Home Advisor and within minutes I received a call from one of the technicians. He asked about what I was looking for and gave me some info and pricing which was super informative. The technician scheduled an appointment later that week to come out. The whole process was very smooth, professional and competitively priced. I will definitely use them again.

Stefano's was great to work with. He was efficient and did a great job removing bats from our attic.

Had procedure on Friday so it is a little too early to see complete removal of problem but we do see a little progress. Hopefully next week will be even better.
