I called around 12:00, the company's technician was at our door by 1:30, with an estimate and ready to get rid of a hornet nest. No fuss, no complications, work done !

Technician responded during the scheduled time; appeared to be very thorough, checking and sealing areas from basement to attic; educated customer to pest habits; also checked for ants and did not take advantage of customer by just indicating that ants also needed extermination where none were found. Despite not taking advantage of the customer, value for the money is still being assessed since we won't know if the vermin were exterminated for some time to come but believe the technician did a thorough job.

Contractor left little bit of trash behind and there were still ticks in here yard after he left.

The real reason I had wanted the pest service was to check for bed bugs but he claimed they were hard to detect in the daytime. He should have recommended an evening appointment. So basically for $170 he put some ant gel under a doorway to treat some ants. And then wanted to set me up on a “schedule”. The service call may have been 30 minutes including the time he spent looking for bed bugs which I insisted he do before he left.

Couldn't ask for more, Rescue 1 stopped by when they said they would, he did a full inspection and gave his recommendations which were a great bargain! Exactly as he said, a week later all of my super destructive carpenter ants were gone. Not only will I use Rescue 1 as a regular maintenance, I highly recommend this company, as they don't try and upsell you, you will get what you need at a great price from a very friendly guy, thank you and Bravo!

Chris - came out asap and took care of the house insect (carpenter ants) problem. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I will use him again as he could not finish the job outside due to the snow on the ground. I also would highly recommend him for all pest control issues. While he was here for our first appointment he left a few baits for mice.

He tracked dirt into the house from outside. He should have saved the outside work for last.

Can’t judge results yet

From out of no where we started seeing bugs inside of our house during the coldest months of the year that resembled beetles. I contacted 'Bugzout' and had them do a thorough inspection of our home. It turns out the bugs were 'Stink Bugs'!! We had the house treated and they slowly began to disappeared. We have plans for future treatments to keep them away!!. The service was quick and we're happy with the results!!
