I called Chris on a Thursday afternoon 9/13 to schedule a treatment(house inspection and treatment of 1 room) on Friday 9/14 between 10:00am -12:00pm. So I thought Garrett would show up between that window which he did not. I called Chris at 11:56 and asked him where is Garrett? Chris initially said I thought you scheduled your appointment for Monday 9/17; I said no I scheduled for today Friday 9/14. So then Chris said I'll try to find out where Garrett is; he said I'll call you back in a few minutes. I waited until about 12:30 got no phone call, so then I called again, Chris said Garrett should be there; I waited another 1/2 hr then called back at 1pm. During that phone call I finally was able to secure the appointment with Garrett. Garrett showed up at 2:30pm. Garrett was very professional patient and understanding. Another issue was Chris didn't not give me an exact final quote. He told me the cost for the house inspection and the cost for the treatment, but didn't include the tax.

The serviceman was friendly, liked my dogs (HUGE plus!!), knowledgeable, NOT pushy (trying to sell me more than I really needed), courteous, showed me the problem and very clearly explained the solution and the cost........service calls like this DO NOT get any better! He was also right on time!!! I will be passing out his card to all of my neighbors!

Garrett was the technician. Very prompt- called to let me know he was on the way. Very efficient, very little cleanup. He explained everything he was going to do and gave good advise. Would highly recommend. Good guaranty of service as well.

I sent an email at 10 pm re: my need for assistance ASAP and I got a text message around 7am from company manger. They contacted tech who arrived at my house by 8:30am. Took care of my wasp issue in attic. Professional, courteous, and prompt service. I highly recommend this company and would use them again!
