Mr. Drougas is a consummate professional. He immediately figured out the best way to handle a VERY complicated raccoon situation and carried out the work carefully and quickly. I would trust him with any job, no matter how difficult. My neighbors and I are beyond grateful to this wonderful man. (The raccoons probably don't feel the same way, but that is their problem!)
