expectations may have been too high. hydro seed and lawn work to fix heavy machinery damage from new well installation at home. while grass is growing it's thin in spots or dying and looks like totally different type of grass from one area to another. not sure if hydroseed slurry was mixed properly. big crab grass problem as well. key part of work was to fix heavy machinery damage and looks like they just threw a shovel of top soil and spritzed with hydroseed. no better at all and craters and damage still there. was expecting more with the harley rake they brought and amount of workers. I followed their instructions meticulously and even got moisture meter to check on watering needs. i'll be overseeding in autumn myself.

They showed up on time and cleaned up before they left for the day. They did a excellent job.

First of all Rob was incredibly responsive. Came out promptly when first contacted and I had a quote the next day. Started job the day promised and he and Tasha did a great job transforming my ugly bank into a beautiful retaining wall with steps and paved walk. Also redid my gravel driveway. Rob McLaughlin was hired to eliminate the drainage problem in my gently sloping driveway, by doing some major grading, resloping, and installing two drain pipes. When the driveway was done, he was to top it off with some pea stone. He insisted on being paid up-front; the job cost over $3000, He installed the drainage pipes, but neglected to grade and slope the driveway to fully alleviate the problem. The drains have been inadequate and the water continues to pool at the bottom of the driveway. In fact, a guest at my home slipped and fell hard on her back last winter, something I had hoped, after employing Rob, would not happen. We have met and spoken several times, and Rob is now despondent. Even though he was paid in full, Rob never completed the job. On a rainy day, I have since had an engineer to evaluate the situation. He views one of the drainage pipes as being ineffective, and mentioned that there is room in the driveway to do the necessary grading and re-sloping. Home Advisor has promised to address this, but I am hoping he reads this and responds, as I will be renting my home for seven weeks this summer, and I have only a couple of weeks to have the property ready. It has been at least two months since we talked. If he is unable to complete the job, he needs to reimburse me in full, as I will have to employ another professional to do it right. Next, is allowing Home Advisor to step in and/or small claims court.

I liked that they gave us a date when work would be done. They stuck to it and they were continually in contact with us with our questions we had.

Ron was very professional from the start to finish. I had a blocked basement drain repaired and a new day light drain installed to this basement drain. The work was outstanding. The basement doesn't flood anymore. Thanks Ron for a great job well done.
