I hired him as a painter. I was not expecting a great job since oswaldo is not a painter by trade but the end results exceeded my expectations. Got the job done in half the originally expected time frame. Will use him again for other projects around the house.

The end result was that it turned out fine. However painting does not appear to be their primary job. There were some things I expected painters to do that seem to be miscommunicated including removing everything from the walls rather than paint around, the fact that when he said I was responsible for all materials that included the plastic furniture covers. I should have requested a written estimate to avoid any miscommunication.

Did a neat workman like job. Very polite, on-time and business-like. Definitely would use Oswaldo again or recommend as a contractor to any home owner, etc seeking his services. Not inexpensive but who is around here. However value received judged on quality of work and ease of booking appointment.

Did an excellent job. He showed up when he said he was going to. He did 6 minor projects around my house. All look great. Thanks.

We needed our 100ft pond cleared of weeds, he got in with his waders and did an amazing job- our pond is beautiful again. We asked him to add to our patio we provided an oddment of non-matching bricks and he made a beautiful design and patio looks beautiful he did a very neat job, his team worked quickly and skillfully. I would definitely employ him again and recommend him and his team.

Marco Leon was very professional and polite, did an excellent job of repairing the door at a very reasonable price, made sure that I was totally satisfied before he left, was very accommodating in scheduling and punctual in arriving, was willing to add another small job to the original project without charging an additional fee, and cleaned the work area before he left. I will definitely call Marco for future work and highly recommend him to others.

I had numerous small projects I needed done. Marco explained what he would do to fix each issue when he came to give me an estimate. That gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. He cleaned up each area as soon as he completed each project. One project turned out to be bigger than he expected, but he didn't charge any extra, even though I suggested he should. I highly recommend Marco of Oswaldo's General Construction! I will definitely call him whenever I need a handyman.
