I had a chance to use the services of Nieves and Rodriguez LLC. I am very happy with all the work they did at my property. He went above and beyond with the job and at reasonable prices. He was always offering suggestions to make the work better and I ended up expanding the scope of the work. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They were so responsive and thorough with their work. We could not have asked for a better experience and plan to use them again.

They came out to assess a deck project that required power washing and staining. They recommended a carpenter who was supposed to work on the project who left and went on vacation without notifying me. They scheduled to come out on Sunday which would have been Mother's Day. I found this odd, but accepted, no one showed up. I was pushed back until Monday because they decided to take another job. When they finally arrived to do the sanding, he decided he did not want to do it anymore. He was paid up front after the power washing for the the remainder of the job. I paid him $500 dollars, he only offered me $300 at first before I told him that I paid more than that. He sent one of employees over to cut me a check for the remainder. He is unreliable and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Great work, they painted my kitchen cabinets and they came out perfect I am very pleased with their work. They did the job short notice, I would highly recommend them. Very polite, honest and on time.

They are rightfully proud of their work, which speaks to their commitment to quality. Their customer service is above and beyond. I hired them for power washing, removing and replacing shutters, and painting some exterior features of my house and I am so pleased with the results! I will certainly be using them again in the future!
