Everything was excellent. If you are looking to get HVAC work done look no further. Both my neighbors have had great experiences with Landucci heating and cooling, so I gave Mark a call. He talked me through basic troubleshooting over the phone and we made an appointment to have him come look at my system. I asked Mark to give me a bundled quote for a new hot water heater and a new heat pump and handler. I compared his quote to three other companies in the area and he was the lowest and also happened to be the closest to me. The whole time he did not try to sell me any extra items I didn't need, and he was not pushy. I authorized Mark and his guys to do the work for me and signed a contract. First they did the hot water heater, and it looked and worked great. The guys cleaned up any extra materials and left no traces of them even being there! For the HVAC, my current system was a mess, it was neglected and abused. (I was aware of this when I bought the place) One of Mark's workers, Jon came over first to drop off some materials and take measurements. He was very knowledgeable and spent some time getting dimensions to build custom fitted unit for me. When the guys came to install the unit, they went right to work and fit in all the custom pieces and disposed of the old unit. I stopped by on my lunch break and had the chance to speak to the guys. They were extremely professional. You can tell they love what they do. Again, when all the work was done, there was no debris left, no dirty floors, no garbage for me to pick up. I got a new Honeywell thermostat which is simple to use and has a good looking LED display. If you need service, a quote, an opinion, or a whole unit like I did, LOOK NO FURTHER, call Landucci heating and cooling. It will be done right, and it will be done professionally. And I am not just saying that, I have the results installed in my condo and it was worth every penny!
