 + 0 moreThe story is short and sweet. Tell him what you want done and he does it, with humor, perfection and on time. Only gripe I have is he's so busy you have to take a number and get in line. LOL. But with this event being an emergency, he came right away. He's punctual, always communicating and if he's running to p/u supplies always asks if there's anything I need from there. Works well and coordinates with the other trades and insurance company. There's only Pros, no cons.
Description of Work: During a storm a huge tree came through the side and roof of our home. I called Todd and he came immediately. He gave me the estimate which I forwarded to my insurance company and they didn't give me a second's hassle about the cost. Todd had to remove and reinstall the outside wall and room ceiling, Remove the damaged rafters, plywood, insulation and sheathing and replace it all. Strip the roof and reshingle. Replace the soffit and gutters to the back of the house (it's a long ranch) and rent the dumpster and remove the debris. Along the way he had to fabricate some parts for the metal chimney and some misc stuff that I found for him to do. He subcontracted the roof and it's now almost 4 years and haven't had any problems with anything. He's currently in the mist of redoing a kitchen and bath in a rental unit for me. I'll post on that when it's done.

 + 0 moreThe original kitchen installer was incompetent and I fired him. Todd came in and rescued me and repaired what he could of the former installer's work, installed the remainder of the kitchen and bath, put in a new kitchen floor, tiled the backsplash, etc. Did a beautiful job. Always punctual; if he was going to be more than 15 min late he called to tell me. Very tidy. Then after a 200 yr. old oak came crashing through the roof and into the house, he did all the repairs and subbed out what he needed to. His quote was right in line with our insurance company, no hassles there at all. Todd takes pride in his work and won't cut corners. Marine Corp work ethic.
Description of Work: Remodeled kitchen, installed cabinetry in bath, installed kitchen wood floor, vented range hood, changed all trim and doors in the house. Another time after storm damaged, rebuilt walls, attic, ceilings,framing, roof.
