Ted and his crew were very neat, tidy and professional. He was able to find a carpenter to do some widening of the fan opening in a single day. The installation of the fan was flawless. It works and looks fantastic. I did experience some sticker shock but I believe that was because of the added cost of needing a bigger opening for the fan I purchased and the need to sub-contract a carpenter. I highly recommend them.
