We recently purchsed our home and our dryer was taking forever to dry our towels. I called Rob he gave me an estimate and was able to come out the next day. He showed up on time and was very proffessional. He looked t the vent and saw that it definitly needed to be cleaned, but that part of the hose used was vinyl which is highly flammable and part of the cause for dryer house fires. I had read about this when I was searching for someone o come clean the dryer vents. He said he had all the materials he needed in his truck and was able to replace the improper hose on the spot. He gave me a price and it was extremely reasonable so he fixed it that day. He even showed my husband and I the parts he removed and how much lint had accumulated over time. He was quick and personable and we are extremly pleased with his expertise.

I asked several times for an estimate. I told him the type of work I needed. A number of curtain rods, I told him how long, I told him how many were large and how many were small, the size of the two blinds, etc. I asked him for an estimate, and he only said I charge by the job. Again on another phone call, I gave him the same information, I asked what he charged trying to get an estimate, and all he would say is I charge by the job. He came out to the house and did the work with no estimate. After the work was done, he gave me an invoice, and there was a $69 service charge.
