Excellent services prompt attention. Prices reasonable. Very honest with my need, I thought I would need more baseboards originally, other companies quoted me the work, bob told me not to waste my money and only sold me what I needed. Matt did the bulk of instillation. Great guy. On the ball. Work was clean and neat.

Absolutely no reply from them

This is a rather terrible company. We called them to tune up our furnace as it was a little noisy, and they came and did an "optimization" without going inside of the burner. $500. A day later, outside of regular hours, our furnace won't start and they come back and the tech tells us everything that the first guy should have done. Another $500. So $1000 and we got nothing out of it. Our furnace was fine before the first guy came, just a little noisy as (according to their second tech) it needed carbon cleaned off of the burner. A day later it fails completely. Go figure.

Fine. Work performed as needed. A little expensive I think, not sure having not had any work like this done before.

Bob Carlson is the BEST ! Been servicing my boiler for over 30 years.

Service was great technicians were professional they outlined everthing that needed to be done answered All my questioned. They were on the job when they said they woud be there and cleaned up when job was done.

However, the woman who answered the phone asked me to outline what I wished to speak to the tech about, and when I explained the problem, she said she would not have him call me. At no time did I request anything but a phone call, from this tech provider whose contact info came directly from the manufacturer! She said they are not responsible for the problem I outlined (well, of course -- I've never spoken to them before!) and would not work on the unit. I am simply looking for a solution, and am perfectly willing to pay for services. But I was unable to get past the screener, who was perhaps the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered.If you are looking for solutions to a heating issue, do yourself a favor and skip this company. Perhaps their techs are competent -- I'll never know, because to contact them you have to go through an extremely unpleasant, unhelpful person. A Mr. Carlson actually did call -- I informed him in a constructive way that, because of the receptionist, I don't believe I can do business with his company.
