The company is very responsive and they fixed the issue quick (they started on Tuesday, had the parts overnighted on Wednesday, and replaced the blower, the motor, the wheel and the capacitor on Thursday). However the pricing is higher in comparison with other A/C repair companies, esp, if taking into account the additional 2x$45/trip charges (they are 26 miles away) and 2x@$105/hr min per each trip, plus 1 @$105/hr charge for the work at the shop. We will look for alternative A/C companies in the future - primarily due to our concerns about the pricing.

Description of Work: My wife mostly handled the correspondence with Mike from Beech Air. I will say his crew worked real hard at crafting and designing the duct/registers in the house. My wife is very thorough with details and there was never a moment when she questioned the quality and efficacy of Beech Air. We were very pleased with the end result.
