Larry is one of the nicest contractors I've ever dealt with. He was very professional and responsive. The work completed by Larry and Ken was perfect. He hauled away not only the organic debris, but a few items that wound up in the and quot;sandpitand quot;. The quality of the work done on the new wall was perfect, making the one installed last year look like an amateur had built it. I wasn't too happy about the size of the stone used from the driveway to the shed. There was some leftover block and also block from another small wall that we removed. He came back the next day hauled it all away and dropped a load of gravel on top of the crushed stone. Perfect! I can't say enough about Lemek Landscaping. He has been at this for 40 years and really knows what he's doing. My next project is his!

He listened carefully to my request to remove as much unsightly overgrowth as possible while not encroaching too much on the neighbor's side. He spent a great deal of time removing the root systems so everything would not grow back. He was also careful of the well head and septic tank which were in the area. He cleaned up well, and the grass seed has sprouted. Although he ran over our mailbox, he replaced it at no cost with a new one on a sturdy post.

After work was done, water still pooled in the problem area. Reported this to vendor and they came back to add additional soil. When water still pooled in area, called again and they did not return call. Grass never grew in that area because of wetness, and it looks awful.

I am very impressed with the outcome of the work. Mr. Lemek personally came out and placed the boulders and ran the bulldozer. His crew then came to complete the finishing touches (created berms, planted grass seed, etc.). He was punctual, courteous and touched base everday before he left to let us know what was next and when. I will call him again for more work we have planned around the property.
