Was in the area so he showed up an hour after I called. So far it seems like it has been worth the money which was less that a quarter of what a new to the area competitor was going to charge. Carpenter ants have disappeared. It has only been 2 weeks since the application but so far so good.

We had a bee problem at our back slider. As a result bees were getting in our house. The next appointment wasn’t until Monday (and I contacted him in Thursday). I reached out to Brian an he came first thing Friday morning. I was so relieved!!! He’s very professional, reliable, and explained what he was going to do. He also has other pest control services we’ll look to him to help us with in the furniture.

Sprayed for carpenter ants in June. Had to come back later in the season but 2nd visit was free. Brian recommended we spray earlier in yr next time so will hire him in May next time to hopefully stop the ants early.

I had a BED BUG problem and looked for previous BED BUG write-ups on Home Advisor and could not find one!!!! I called Brian at Best Defense and he was very patient with my wife and myself. He answered all questions we had. He even used eco-friendly pest spray as my wife was very concerned about pesticides. When he came back 2 weeks later ( as scheduled) he sprayed our suitcases as that might have been the cause of the problem as we travel quite regularly. Brian is a ONE-MAN SHOW. He answers the phone and does the work. He does not give the work to somebody under him as other pest control places do. If you were unfortunate as we were with a BED BUG issue call Brian and I'm sure you will be pleased like we were. Hope this helps you out!!

Brian came right away and set bait traps for our mice. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and we had him come back to do the exclusion work.

We hired them for tick control in the yard. I can honestly say for the first time throughout the long summer my dog was tick free. Well worth the peace of mind. I will be calling them early next spring again.

Brian checked all areas for ants and sprayed wherever he thought they might be hiding or nesting. Brian was polite and explained what to expect. He explained his fees and didn't exceed that amount.
