Too expensive, after I had it done. Another service stopped by and was cheaper and were giving me a more complete service for all kinds of pests and were guaranteed for a year.

Brian was very quick and responsive to my initial inquiry. He can out, explained cause of the issues we were having with mice. We even caught a live mouse during the inspection. Since bait treatments were left, no issues at all.

Brian was very thorough with our pest problem. He had to come out multiple times to check on the bait traps and had to get creative when the mice were not going away. He then took two days to seal up our home from further mice. He was easy to contact and always responsive. We will be using him again in the future as we'll need ant spraying done in the spring.

Brian Babcock is extremely knowledgable about a wide variety of pests and issues and is very good at explaining things. He is not a pushy sales type. Brian explains things, and helps you to see the alternatives and costs for each . I hired him and he did a very thorough, timely job at what I considered to be a fair price.

Great customer service...but, it's barely been a couple of weeks since the first appointment. Representative was very patient regarding the questions I asked and good at explaining the process. Hopefully, pest situation is taken care. Regular maintenance will be necessary.

Excellent customer service. Brian contacted me right away, I explained my daughter's mice problem and my concerns. He provided a detailed extermination plan and associated costs right away. He came out within 3 days to meet with son-in-law, was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It's been two weeks and they haven't seen any sign of mice since!

Brian called me immediately and just as I finished reading reviews about him. Same day service ! Yellow jackets were gone the next day. Brian was knowledgeable and pleasant . He even treated some ants by my front steps.

He called back immediately. He came out the next morning. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. He told us what to expect over the following few days and it was exactly what happened. The problem has been resolved at a very fair price.
