This was an emergency situation. I had a wasp infestation in my basement and I received a return call promptly. When Brian arrived, I explained the situation and showed him where the wasps were coming in. He assessed the situation and immediately resolved the problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks and will be using them again next spring. Excellent work!

Excellent prompt service with bi-monthly checks and replacements of traps. Friendly service and showed us how the traps are set and where they are placed.

Responded by phone the same day. Was on site the next day. Did an efficient job in eliminating a large yellow jacket nest that had bored into a overhead beam on the patio. Explained the time frame to ensure the nest is inactive before I do any further work in that area.

I was pleased with Brian's service. He fully explained the process and answered all of my questions throughly. He showed up a few minutes before scheduled time and I appreciated that so we could talk before he started. It's been a week today and I'm happy to say that our flea problem has been resolved!

Brian was prompt to our appointment. He came with amazing insight as to how to remove and prevent the nuisance wasp nest that had been built in the basement on the sill plate of my mother-in-laws house. The nest was in a bad spot, little access and dangerous because it was a tight place. He gave me a great price and went to work. The nest was completely removed and the surrounding area treated. He also pointed out where the critters were coming in and told me how to seal it once I was sure that the remaining soldiers had returned and died. Mission complete, problem solved. Would hire him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The mice are disappearing to my delight! I will likely have Brian and his cohorts for the full removal of my contaminated mess of basement insulation (1600 sq ft) and cleansing. Can't wait!

Brian is his own small business which I truly appreciate. He knows his stuff and was very forthcoming with information to educate me about the little pests (pun intended) and his treatment. Now I can say I HAD a carpenter ant problem. We discussed the pros and cons of some additional work for termite monitoring. I decided to err on the side of caution and go for it. Prices are very reasonable and customer service is outstanding.
