Description of Work: They were accomadating as to the appointment time, punctual, friendly, performed the work quickly and cleaned up after. Received a 10% discount for using Angie's list. I also asked about other plumbing work. He showed me the actual product and gave an estimate. I plan to go ahead with that project as well. I would highly recommend!

Description of Work: What an experience.... Wish I had found Mike a long time ago... We were in a tough spot. Living near Hartford, on the heels of the worst power outage we had ever had, I was having a real hard time getting hold of good plumbers. I have been calling all the top ones we have listed here. But most were really busy with a lot of jobs and could not commit to replace my water heater. I did not have the emergency of a flooded basement but my water heater was due replacement as I had started seeing rust and some minor leak at the top. I spent two weeks chasing plumbers but could not get an appt soon. Then I called Mike and he said he will take care of it right away. I was so unprepared for it that I forgot to tell him that it was a power vented Bradford White and had a 2" vent pipe. Mike came to my house with a Bradford white that was chimney based and had to go back and get the power vented one. He then found out about the 2" vent and again had to go out to get some parts to manage using the 2" vent. All in all, he did all this stuff very quickly. On top of all these, he did not charge a ton of markup that other plumbers do. My current plumber is fired and Mike is our new guy....

Description of Work: Added connector to gas line for gas dryer and replaced two old hot and cold water faucets. Fast response and good work. Would definitely use again.
