Called on a Monday and asked for and received an early am Wednesday appointment. Received a very reasonable quote as well. Chris was assigned and arrived on time and completed the job very quickly and very professionally. I also called the office on Wednesday before Chris arrived to inform them that I got their name from Angie's List without realizing there was a coupon for an Angie's List discount. Surprisingly Deb gave me the 10% discount in addition to the professional and courteous job they performed. They charged what they quoted less the discount and their price was much less than another plumber I called. Will definitely call the next time I need plumbing services.

Chris came back and repaired the problem within a 1/2 hour. He was courteous, professional and friendly. We were very happy with All Plumbing.

Shot out several emails for quotes. Mike was the first response and set up an appointment for water heater replacement. Came in on time and done the work professionally. Hauled away the old unit. Overall, pretty satisfied with the work. Would like to recommend All Plumbing in future.

Great.. Mike showed up on time. He installed the toilet in less than an hour. He was very informative and responsive. I plan on having do some other upcoming projects. I also got discount for being an Angie's list member.

They came out on short notice and helped reinforce the pipe brackets and supports, and provided me very useful information. I recommend them highly for their promptness, punctuality, knowledge, and service. They were very helpful and informative.

i got home from work, pulled into the garage and there was a huge water mark and leaking from the ceiling! it was a friday (ofcourse!) and i called all plumbing and they arrived very promptly and took care of the problem. this is the third time i have used ALL PLUMBING and all three times they were spot on. knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. they will be coming out again to do another repair. this company is excellent all the way around: professional, prompt, knowledgeable, reasonable and if ALL PLUMBING does the job you know it is done right. i am happy to have found a reliable plumber.

I went into the basement to do some laundry and discovered water everywhere. It was coming from my hot water heater. I called All Plumbing Repair and spoke with Deb. She was very professional and caring and took all my information. She said she would have a plumber out the same day but late in the afternoon to replace the water heater. To my surprise, the plumber arrived a couple hrs ahead of the estimate. He was very knowledgable and replaced the water heater without any problems and at a very reasonable price. I will without a doubt call All Plumbing Repair in the future and refer them to my friends and family.

The tech arrived on time and performed the work.

I called Mike when our indirect hot water heater stopped working due to an internal crack. When he found out that we were without hot water he immediately prioritized getting our job done (he even offered my pregnant wife a hot shower in his own house!). By the end of the same day I called him the new heater was installed, and the following day he had professional electricians finish the job. Both Mike, and the electricians he works with, were professional and did very clean work. Mike's price was also very reasonable. I will undoubtedly be using him again for our plumbing needs and would highly recommend him as well.

I left a message on a Saturday, stating it was not an emergency and they called me first thing Monday morning. They came out to check on my leaking bathtub/shower faucet and give me a quote for the service. Chris was honest, punctual and professional. He told me what my only option was right off the bat based on the fact that there was no access panel from behind the plumbing and the faucet was very old. He very easily could have gotten his tools out, tried to get the faucet off, and not being able to accomplish the fix, put me in an emergency position where I would have had to pay big bucks to have him fix it. But he didn't!! I really respect this company and will call them for all of our future plumbing needs. He gave me the quote to have the job done right, and gave me a few ideas about how I could just incorporate a shower remodel and save myself money in the long run. (A project we had been planning to do later on anyway.)

We had all the cast iron original piping from when the house was built in 1952 replaced to black plastic. From the bathroom sink drain, shower drain , and toilet drain to the waste 4" straight pipe, tee and y adapter i believe, to the cast iron drain pipe on the other side of the wall in the basement.. Seems to be a good job. I wasn't there at the time they they were doing work. It took two guys 3 hours from start to finish. Which I think is pretty quick. All the piping they replaced looks to be done correctly. I know the price is a little steep, but we agreed on that price with the plumber when he came to see it the first time. The price that was quoted ahead of time, was just about the price that was paid when the job was finished. My mom is overall pleased with the job that was done. They even adjusted the toilet bowl water height correctly.... :)

I wasn't there at the time of the work, but it seems all went good. We had the drain for the kitchen sink redone, From the sing drain to the trap and to the outlet . Black pipe was used. Looks to be done well. My father told me the plumber came to look at what had to be done, and right away like a half hour later all work was done. So no other appointment was needed. Which I thought was pretty professional of them... The job looks and works better than the previous piping..

I looked up the cost of the part and it appeared that we were charged more than what we could have bought on our own ($300 vs. 150), and the job was done in about 30min. It seems unfair that we weren't charged an hourly rate. We just wanted the work done, but felt taken advantage of.

Work was well done. No complaints though price seemed to be steep.

Alex was on time and very helpful and gave me options for my pump replacement. He knows his job and I was very satisfied with his work and professionalism. I would recommend this company to everyone!

This was not a simple job because the sink is a pedestal and is difficult to work around. He did a great job for a very reasonable price.

They did a good job on the drain. My only minor complaint would be that the cost for what was done (not an emergency call) seemed a bit high. I could have used the Angie's List coupon to bring down the price a bit but I forgot, that's my fault entirely. My main reason for not giving better scores was that we also wanted them to help us fix a piece of Kohler equipment called a body spa. The plumber took a picture of the equipment, said he would call Kohler for insights and then call us back to schedule another time to come out and fix it. This was over three months ago and no follow up call...we've heard nothing from this company since they came out in January. It's unfortunate since the plumber actually lives nearby and it would have been ice to have a reliable plumber that close in case of emergencies, etc.

VERY WELL, TOOK CARE OF A PROBLEM THAT A PREVIOUS PLUMBER MESSED UP.

The office staff was very polite and collected all the necessary information about the old model, so that the replacement would be the appropriate type and capacity. We were able to set a mutually agreeable date, 2 days later because of an impending storm. The plumber, Mike, arrived within the 4-hour time window. He drained the old unit, carried it out without any mess, brought in the new Bradford White gas heater, and got it connected and operating. He explained all the controls to my satisfaction. All this took a little less than one hour, so Mike used his time efficiently. All Plumbing Repair had a coupon for members of Angie's List, so I was happy to save 10% of the labor cost. A month later I remained fully satisfied with the product and the service.

Mike was extremely friendly and was able to come even earlier than expected! Took care of our spigot issue quickly and we will definitely be referring all of our friends and family to him!

I was called and notified the work could be performed earlier than scheduled if desired (I did). This company has an office and I could always reach them to discuss details which for me is huge. They gave an exact cost of faucet and installation prior to agreement. The installation was quick and professional. When the plumber finished there was absolutely no trace he had been there - other than a new faucet, of course. The installation was a bit complicated due to the faucet design and the water lines being split between the dishwasher and the sink. He also checked our bathrooms (requested) and gave some excellent advise on inexpensive but needed changes. This was an A+ experience.

Pleased with prompt,courteous and professional service. Will utilize for further plumbing needs. Will recommend to family and friends.
