Showed up on time, fixed everything we needed and more. Very honest and dependable.

The associate/employee, not the owner, responded very quickly to my initial request. He gave me a flat price to do the work, whether I provided a new faucet set or simply let him supply the parts necessary to do the job.I didn't want to wait to shop for and get a new faucet set, so I had him do the job supplying materials that he had on his service truck. He did the work quickly and professionally. I have used this company before and the owner was the person who arrived to do the job, quoted a very reasonable price for a small job and while he was here I asked him about another repair and he gave me two prices one if his attempt to remove a "frozen" shower mixing valve assembly was successful and another if he had to replace the entire fixture. I chose to let him try option one and continue to option two if the first option failed. Happily the first option was a success and I was pleased that he seemed to be even more pleased than I was that the far less expensive option was a success. I decided then and there that this company was going to be my choice for all future plumbing repairs.

All Plumbing Repair is very responsive for plumbing emergencies or scheduled services. Mike (the owner) is awesome as well as Russell and Alex. It's a great, family-owned business, and we've always received quick responses to our inquiries as well as very reasonable estimates on any projects we need done.

Qick response to an emergency call on a very cold day. Called in the morning and a technician on site by early afternoon. He had to locate the place where the pipe split in a wall, remove the drywall to get access, and fix the pipe. Total job done within an hour and at an excellent price. Will definitely call again for any plumbing-related issues.

Mike was on time, very professional, replaced my sediment filter as requested. He also helped with fixing our basement not getting any heat. He fixed a valve used to drain water from one of our heating zones that was old and breaking apart. This was done at a very reasonable price. I was also interested in installing a Watercop to the main line in the house. He explained the pros and cons of using one. It was nice to get a professional opinion and he was not trying to sell me on it. If I do have it installed I will be calling him back to do the work.

They do a good job. They explain, and show what is wrong. They stick to their estimate, work steadily, and finish quickly. They are courteous, and they left the area neat. They arrived on time and are easy to reach. My husband emailed them on a weekend and they responded with in a couple of hours. We have used them more than once.

Chris came to quote the work (on time) and was the only one of the four firms I asked for quotes who understood that I needed to go from full cold to full hot (the others wanted to use a tempering valve). His price was second lowest by $50 but their willingness to do the entire job from end to end, their full understanding of the requirements and their prior experience with heat taping plumbing was very important to me. The entire job was completed in under a day, despite needing to remove and replace all the pipe insulation from a step ladder moved between the hay storage stalls. The valve system was just what I wanted and worked perfectly to give me full control over the water temperature. The heat tape was run properly and the indicator lights showed it as working. All site cleanup was properly done, and they saved out the old insulation for me so I could potentially use it for other applications. Unfortunately (this is the reason for the B rating overall) the heat tape was not fully connected to the power source and in addition, the valve to the outside leaked around the valve stem after one freezing night. We believed at first that the freezing problem was entirely from the defective valve, but a second incident of the pipe freezing at the outside wall revealed that the tape was not in fact activated. On the second freezing incident, I identified that neither the pipe or the tape was warm, despite a 20ish ambient air temperature. On his visit to take care of this, Chris found that the connector needed an unusual amount of pressure to properly attach the heat tape to the power source. Testing was only able to determine the continuity of the heat tape, not the integrity of the power connection. Since the second visit, the water has run perfectly without freezing down to air temperatures in the teens. I was not charged for any of the followup visits or the second valve. The company was very responsive and scheduled immediate visits to solve the problems that arose. I would use them again for any plumbing work in my home or facility.

First off - this felt like a pretty big job to me, but Mike and his apprentice tackled this complete re-do of our master bath toilet and guest shower plumbing with ease, expertise, and in a time frame that was quicker than he had projected. In addition, Mike identified another problem with a leaking copper pipe, and fixed it right then and there on the same day. First, All Plumbing Repair came out to my home and discussed our issue, free of charge, and were able to schedule to return to do the job (which again, was a big job and would require most of a day) within less than a week from their initial visit, which was much sooner than I had anticipated. After meeting with them (and being gouged by a different plumber in the past) I decided to go with Mike and All Plumbing Repair and boy was that a great decision. Now our plumbing is up to code and working as it is supposed to work. On top of all of this, the price for the services was very fair for the amount of work that they were doing. Mike and his employee were extremely friendly, got right to work quickly and worked efficiently and finished literally hours sooner than I expected. I can honestly say that I have "my plumber" now, and plan to use All Plumbing Repair for all of my future plumbing needs (although, admittedly, I hope there aren't to many other major plumbing problems in my house... but if there are - this is the company I'm going to use for sure. I can't reiterate enough - they were friendly and professional, upfront about the expected costs of the job from the first meeting and actually ended up finishing the job sooner than expected, which ultimately saved me both time and money. Hire with confidence.

He came the first time and quote a price. Then he came back to do the work. It is a claw tub with a tub surround and the faucet was leaking. He was able to get the "old fashioned" faucet and install it and then seal it so it no longer would leak. The tenant said it was leaking two weeks later. The plumber came back and re-caulked the faucet and surrounding area at no charge and no problem. Would definitely recommend.

Debbie called me back first thing the next day and had a plumber at my house by about 10:30am. Chris, the plumber who did the faucet installation, came out and looked into the situation and determined that the faucet was okay but the leak was in the drain trap. He took the time to show me the leak and explained why it was leaking. He also explained how the faucet is not leaking. I asked if he could repair the leaking pipe while he was there and he said yes. He replaced the exiting white PVC trap and piping with new code approved black pipe. The job was done quickly and professionally. Chris cleaned up when he was done. Excellent experience.

I originally found All Plumbing Repair Inc. here on Angie's list. Happy we found this company, and I'm happy to add to the many positive reviews. Mike and his assistant arrived promptly and got right to work quickly. We had a situation where dirt was leaking into our water lines, and water pressure had dropped dramatically. We changed the water filter beforehand, but Mike took care of the rest. He adjusted the water pressure meter on our well tank, quickly getting us back to normal pressure. He also checked many faucets and both shower heads in the house to be sure the pressure held. Mike also replaced a very old, corroded shower head with a new one. Work was done very quickly and efficiently. As always, Mike was courteous, friendly, professional, helpful and efficient.

Everyone I spoke with at All Plumbing Repair was incredibly professional and personable! I was impressed with their organization and courtesy. Mike, Deb, and Chris were kind and responsive. APR delivered on what they said they would--I was given a window when the repairs would be made, a confirmation call the day before service, and a phone call when they were on their way. As someone who has a lot going on personally and professionally myself, I really appreciated the extra customer service! Chris did a great job on-site explaining the issue and the solutions and rectifying it.

Great service, as always from Mike at All Plumbing Repair, Inc.! Mike arrived promptly and worked with me to adjust a shower head, which works GREAT now. He also flushed the hot water heater, and (per my request) replaced the two anode rods with better quality ones than the old aluminum rods we had. Mike also checked and re-checked the water pressure meter on our well tank, to be sure it was operating properly. As always, Mike was courteous, friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. Great job. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and fixed the problem. So when I had a similar problem on another toilet I did not hesitate to call All Plumbing again and had the same positive experience the second time around. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.

Arrived on time, worked well. These were very conscientious and polite young men. Installation went quickly and they cleaned up and carted away everything. I definitely have plans to use All Plumbing Repair again in the near future.

We wanted to see the cloggingand he just done doing the snake to one of the toilets and mentioned new toilet is not necessary but later in a day we have the same problem and we called a diffrent vendor( Clog Master) from Angies List and the guy came and went through the 3 toilets and clogging on pipes like every thing. BTW the guy not even charged single penny and advisedthat we need new toliet b'cos the toilet flush was not performing and we know that this was happening quiet a long time. Today we had a new toiled replaced by them (bought on Angoes Lits) 250 USD installed and the guy was remarkble and done a great job and we have to see how the toliet gies looks good for us SO i never use this company any more. Just wasted 135 Thanks Dee

ON THERE ADVERTISEMENT ALL PLUMBING SAYS YOU GET 10% OFF LABOR. BUT THE WAY THEY DO THE 10% IS THEY WILL TAKE 10% OFF THE NEXT TIME I USE THEM. I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL USE THEM AGAIN?

Even though All Plumbing could not do the work their referral to Drain Rite proved to be the best choice. The next time I need a plumber I will call All Plumbing Repair first. Thank you Mike.

Very happy with service and job. I sent an email with what I was looking to have done and received a call back within an hour to schedule. I scheduled an estimate for Friday and planned on having the work done the following week. Mike came and provided an estimate which I felt was very reasonable and he said he could do it that day so I was able to avoid being home another day. The new piece looks good and I don't have to worry about it dripping any more.

I had problems with faucets could not turn on full. All needed replacing. Replacing show was a big job as he had to work in bacl of tiles and replace and rebuild area that had been done in 1930. It's an old house.

I hired All Plumbing Repair because i had a major leak. They came out and told me i needed a new sink faucet, so the repair turned off the water to my sink faucet, had me go buy a new one and came back later to install it. Meanwhile the leak continued even though the water was turned off to the apparent site of the leak, he did not investigate any further, even though i voiced concerns about the faucet not being the problem. He replaced the faucet, turned on my water and left. The leak got much worse after he replaced the faucet, so i called the repairman back and he came back and offered to fix the real problem, which was a leak under my dishwasher, he offered no apologies and no discount. I did not take him up on his offer and will never hire this company again. The repairman did not take the time or care to investigate and do a quality job. In the mean time my kitchen floor got ruined.

The value of a seasoned, experienced professional .."Priceless" Old heater stopped working and even though I said I did not need emergency service...they prioritized the call and came out that afternoon because I had no hot water. They closed off and capped the propane line, had to put in a new shut off valve (old one disintegrated), had to retrofit the new cover for the electrical box, and reworked some wiring. Highly professional operation from first contact with the office and throughout the assessment and installation. I was not able to find any negatives about this company during my research before I contacted them and now I know why. Highly recommended.
