Description of Work: They repaired a leaking toilet drain pipe between the 1st and 2nd floor. The we're very prompt in their response to our issue and scheduled the repair within 48hrs. The repair was done quickly with minimal demolition to the ceiling.

Description of Work: The plumber came out ahead of schedule to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. Ended up changing an o-ring only, which took all of 15 minutes max. It was discouraging to to get charged so much for such a small job, but we understand the need to do so. A suggestion would be to charge by the 1/2 hour, as that might encourage a customer to use them again for a small job. We will use them again if we need a large job only.

Description of Work: Shower faucet and shower head replacement. Shower faucet was leaking and it was explained that a simple repair could be done, but for a more permanent fix and to update the entire system the entire faucet and shower head could be replaced that day- price estimate given and was reasonable given the amount of work and so I went ahead with the entire replacement.
