I called All Plumbing first thing today (8am). Receptionist was very friendly. I explained the issue and asked if at all possible to come today (we haven't had showers now for almost a week). She wasn't sure but they would do their best and call. Justin came around 12pm. He was very professional and friendly. He tried as well to remove the nipple and couldn't (made me feel better). We both agreed that the elbow would need to be removed. He did it in no time at all. I even had questions about some other plumbing we might need and he took the time to look things over and give me estimates as well as some tips. Seeing as this was a last minute request for him to come and he was hear for a good 30 minutes I felt the $150 was fair and so worth it. I would recommend these folks to anyone and now have a plumber company that I will stick with.

Mike was prompt, courteous, efficient and professional, as he had been on two other jobs at our home during the last two years. He removed an existing toilet, diagnosed a leak problem with the rusting closet flange, left to obtain new parts, returned and completed the installation of the one-piece Kohler San Souci toilet we had selected. He discounted the retail price of the new toilet, and his labor charges were very reasonable, especially considering how quickly he responded to our request.

I called in the morning and was told Chris would be coming that afternoon. He arrived within the time frame I was given, and called to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous, professional, and unclogged the drain quickly.

I received a call back from Debbie in the office this morning to schedule an appointment for a consultation. As luck would have it, Chris was going to be in the area and he would be able to come to my house between 11-2pm. Chris called me at 10:39 and said he would be to my house in 5 minutes! I had several issues to be checked out and Chris was very honest in telling me that 2 of the areas of concern I had were nothing to worry about at all. Talk about honesty! I needed a new kitchen faucet and Chris recommended several brands to me. I wanted my hot water heater inspected as it was 15 years old. Good thing I checked! Chris pointed out several areas where there was lots of rust. He recommended I get it replaced ASAP, plus put in a drip pan and water alarm. Chris asked if I wanted to get the job done today and save $100 (due to pricing on hot water heater). I agreed, so off Chris went to get his materials and off I went to purchase a new kitchen faucet. I can't say enough about this company and Chris. I have found my forever plumbing company! Chris was prompt, pleasant, courteous and extremely professional. Cleaned up any mess (of which there was hardly any). An interesting note is that I was visiting with my cousin this weekend and I had mentioned I was having a plumber come for a quote and she said she had plumbing done recently and that she was very pleased with their service. SHE USED ALL PLUMBING REPAIR! I will use them in the future when any needs arise and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for plumbing services! THANK YOU CHRIS AND ALL PLUMBING REPAIR!!!

Chris was punctual, did the work efficiently and neatly. Was personable and informative. A few days later I using the washing machine, which pumps past the drain pipe for the kitchen sink (both areas of pipe that Chris replaced) and found I was getting water in the bowl beneath the kitchen sink trap. There was no rush to return as kitchen sink and dishwasher usage didn't leak so Chris came back when it was convenient for me. Chris immediately recognized that he'd forgotten to tighten something under the kitchen sink, admitted to the mistake (how often do service people do THAT, almost never), fixed it, and then took a few minutes to explain what caused it to leak only when the laundry pumped out. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his honesty. Since I always keep a bin under any kitchen trap, no harm was done. Thanks again to Chris and his helper, sorry, didn't get his name, (And thanks for not minding when my golden retriever Ernie kept licking your ear when you were sitting on the floor!) I'll definitely have this company back for my future plumbing needs.

Mike gave us a timeframe for his arrival and called us when he was 10 minutes away, as promised. Work was done prompts and perfectly. I would definitely call him again.

Mike was great. I had a drain issue where the shower drain on the second floor was leaking that caused the sheet rock on the below ceiling to break off. I called All Plumbing and they came out that day even with the fact they were repairing burst pipes all day due to the recent negative temps. He came at 6 pm. Very professional and even let me watch. Gave helpful hints on how to cover up sheet rock. I would recommend. A+

He did the job and got it done. He was here for about 5 or 10 minutes. For what they did, it was kind of expensive. I would think twice about using them again. I would find any other plumber. He was on time. He made some comments that kind of annoyed me. They weren't about me personally, like he commented on my counter top being really low. I am not completely ruling him out. I had to cancel an appointment and make it again which was not their fault. I forget why, but something was going on. I couldn't get him to come for two or three days. For this particular situation, they weren't available for two or three days.

They were punctual , came at the time promised . They charged 150 dollars to open a draining tube and removed stones . Charged 70 dollars to install a water sprayer to tank of toilet .

Always prompt, always professional. The work came out great -- couldn't be happier!

This is the third or fourth time we've used All Plumbing Repair, They are consistently on time, professional, polite and great plumbers to boot. I highly recommend them for any plumbing services you may need.

I had a plumber. He did great. He did very good.

They were a repeat so they were very good. It was doable so it was good.

Most things were fine but I wasn't too keen on how they apply the 10% discount, actually it seems a bit shady. The job took about 1 hour or less and they charged $125 for labor and $60 for the part. No 10 % discount was noted on the invoice and $125 seemed a bit steep considering the nature of work - apparently without the 10% discount it would have cost about $20. more. They charge by the job and not by the hour which seems odd to me also, maybe a good way to avoid the discount.

I put a nail through a pipe on the second floor of my house and water was pouring into my kitchen. I called Mike and he sent Doug out within 30 minutes on a Sunday during Labor Day weekend.

I was extremely impressed by all aspects of the service call. The booking was efficient (with a friendly reminder call the day before) and the technician was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. i would definitely recommend them based on this experience.

Woke up to my ceiling leaking underneath a tub/shower combination. Cut it open myself, couldn't find the leak. I called All Plumbing at about 1030a, they didn't know whether they could get someone out in the same day. They called back around 2, saying that they could have someone out between 3p-6p. He arrived at 3. From the symptoms, he guessed it was the shower valve and quoted $650 to replace it, including labor. Further investigation uncovered the pinhole leak, which he fixed for $150 all in. Great experience overall.

My kitchen faucet exploded and cause the kitchen to flood. The next day they came in and replaced the faucet. I just had to go out and buy a new one. While he was installing the faucet and trying to see if it works he noticed that the pipe from the sink downwards started to leak, so he recommended to replace it. Which we did. The plumber was very professional, new what he was doing and very quick and efficient. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He came, assessed the problem, did the job, cleaned up and was gone. I have to say I was very happy how everything turned out. The faucet works great and it was done so quickly. On top of everything it was kind of an emergency as it had happened onThursday evening and they came immediately on Friday. The fitted me into their schedule. The lady at the office was very polite and friendly and said she will try to get someone out as soon as possible and so she did. I was impressed with their customer service. The whole experience although an nightmare in the beginning found a very happy ending on Friday. This work was completed over two visits. The first visit was to evaluate what work needed to be done, while the second visit was to complete the work. I didn't realize until they arrived that the work wouldn't be completed on the first visit, so this was a little bit of a disappointment, but it wasn't too big of a deal. We scheduled an appointment for the following week and they arrived on schedule. The work was completed to my satisfaction and since then I've had no issues with the repairs. The only minor issue I had was there was no hot water the following morning because they did not re-light the pilot in the water heater after turning off the gas. I called and they were back within 15 minutes to take are of it. It was a simple mistake and quickly corrected so I have no complaints with that. I'd be happy to use these guys again for future plumbing needs.

Toilet was running and we couldn't shut off the valve to fix. Plumber came and replaced the toiled valve and guts. Easy appointment, prompt service, easy fix. Very professional.

I had a good experience with the plumber. His work is very effecient, reasonable and stuck to what he said he would do.

I called them at about 9 am, and had someone at my house around 11. He fixed the problem promptly, processed my credit card via an app rather than phoning it into the office (which is a plus for me since it's not really safe to transmit a cc# on a phone call), and was done. I'm very happy, I found the leak this morning and it is already fixed.

Staff arrived within the scheduled time slot, quoted a fair price, worked efficiently, and cleaned up before leaving. They were also very professional and explained how they would approach the project. Lastly, I appreciated that they TESTED the finished product to ensure there weren't any leaks. It's nice to have work done correctly the first time. Would definitely hire All Plumbing again,

Doug called and arrived 1/2 hour early (we like that) to provide us with an estimate on repairing our leaking 25-year-old Kohler toilet. Most of the parts needed to be replaced so we opted for a new toilet. After discussing prices, he purchased and installed a new Kohler toilet and disposed of the old one. Less than 2 hours from estimate to installation!

Service was excellent! Called on a Monday night and left a voice mail. Got a call back Tuesday morning, and Mike and Justin were able to fit me in that morning! Very fair price, did great work, and did it quickly and professionally. Thanks!
