I called them and they came in the next day. They installed the faucet and there were no problems.

It went very well! My call was answered right away and a service person came out a couple of hours later. The job was done in two visits as the coil had to be ordered. Each time the service person was on time, professional and explained everything so I knew what he was doing or what was needed and why. I was given options for differnt prices and feel I received excellent service. I will call All Plumbing Repair anytime I need work in the future.

Superbly! I had water in the basement that I attributed to the excessive rain we'd had in March--ground outside was saturated. I called a handyman to remove the water on Friday, April 9. He did, but showed me that the source of the water was a leaking water heater. It was then 4:30 on Friday afternoon. I called one plumber, but the office was closed. Then, using Angie's List, I called All Plumbing Repair in Tolland (I had never heard of them, but the reviews were good). The office person told me she'd have Mike call back ASAP. His call came within 5 minutes. He was in Manchester, so he came by within a half hour. Unfortunately, because of the type of water heater and the hour, he said he couldn't get a replacement until Monday morning, but he could set up the job for first thing Monday. He was going away, but he told me his helper would call about 8 AM Monday. He gave me what I considered a reasonable off the top of his head estimate for the job that sounded OK to me. Since I was already so pleased with the rapid response, my husband (who is disabled) and I said, "Fine, do it." Promptly, at 8 AM Monday, Jason was at the door prepared to replace the water heater. I told him I had two dripping faucets and a corroded drain that I had called two other plumbers about, left messages, and got no replies. He said he'd look at them after finishing the water heater. He did; he found he had the necessary parts in his van, and he got everything fixed. He was done before 11 AM, everything is just fine, We couldn't be happier with the response, professionalism and quality of the work. I highly recommend All Repair Plumbing. From now on, they are our plumbers!

I had water coming through a ceiling when a shower was running, and looking up through the broken sheetrock it appeared to be a cracked pipe. The man sent out was patient, professional, and checked things I'd overlooked, eventually settling on just worn away sealer around the fixtures. Sure enough, the problem was quickly resolved and has stayed resolved. I had convinced myself it was something major, and an unethical company could have easily taken advantage of that, with me none the wiser. These folks are honest, ethical and fair - and there is no question at all who gets any plumbing work I need done from now on. (The job could have been cheaper, but I asked for some hardware to be changed while they were here).

I called AA Plumbing based on the rating in Angie's. Mike called me back in a reasonable time and made an appointment for the next day. I ordered the toilet and Mike went and picked it up. No one could be home so I disconnected the garage door from the opener so he could get in. He did the job then called me to let me know it was done. He even reconnected the garage door when he left (without me asking). The bill was less then expected with the 10% off coupon in Angie's List. He also checked out another problem and let me know what was wrong at no charge. Overall, a very pleasant and easy transaction.

Called on a Saturday. Had someone out in 2 hours. Fixed one shower. Needed to order part for other shower. Came out 2 days later to install. Worked efficiently, friendly, did a good job of explaining the specific problems and offering several solutions.

Went well. I called and for appt. on a Friday. Mike called me back when his office manager told me he would. They came out the following friday. Russell was the serviceman and was extremely courteous and worked quickly. He replaced my main shut off valve to the house fast enough that the water company stayed and waited for him to complete rather than coming back later in the day. He then moved my water lines and drains for the kitchen. Overall tool almost 3 hours. And i received an Angie's List labor discount as well. I did not look for other quotes so i cannot say how the price compared to other plumbing companies. I do think the prices they charged for materials is high, especially the ball valve and the copper pipe, but the service was great.

Made the call, they did get back to me the next day and came out that afternoon to 'snake' the pipe, however the pipes were in bad shape (old lead pipes) so it was decided to remove and put in new. The came out again a day later and spent quite a while puting in the new drain pipes a vent pike and then the pipe to the main. He (Russel) showed me all the work done and also because I had never owned a dish disposal he gave me a list of what not to put in the disposal. He was very professional and cleaned up everthing.

The serviceman who came out to look at the job for an estimate was thorough and professional. Unfortunately, I was never contacted with an estimate, despite my calls to the office.

We've actually hired this company several times and each time they have been timely and helpful. Called in the morning and was called back a couple of hours later by one of their plumbers (Russell), who could come out pretty much straight away. He was friendly and professional. He found some leaks that were caused by our bath/shower's caulk wearing down over time and fixed those. We took a patch off the drywall (it already had a panel with what looks like previous repairs) and found that some water could have been running under there. He left it up to us to decide to either re-patch with the existing cover or to call a drywall specialist they are affiliated to. I called the office later and they gave me the contact details for the drywall specialist and he will be contacting me back shortly.

They didn't give me an estimate before they began the work but, they were quick to get back with me, which was great. The guy came maybe about an hour and a half after the scheduled window, and I didn't receive any notice (or forewarning) regarding this. Just a quick call to say they we were running late would have been great. Other than that, they were fine.

I thought he did the job very quickly and very easily. There was mess from tearing a hole in the wall, but he kept it as small as possible and cleaned up every bit of the mess himself. The price was reasonable.

The plumber arrived on time (8:00 in the morning). He was very nice and efficient and completed the job quickly. He had to cut the pipes for each shut-off and three were on the ceiling so it wasn't that easy. The shut-offs work great, I will use this company again, and suggest them to friends and family.

The company responded within 24 hours. The part was brought with him and the zone valve was replaced and tested. All work was satisfactory. Note: Home depot also hires this company to do plumbing work for their customers, such as installing water heaters for which I have also hired them for. I was completely satisfied on both ocassions with their perfomance when they installed my water heater last year.
