He also showed me how to work the whole configuration of bells and whistles, then carefully explained the extra gizmos I'll need for future repairs or alterations to my sink and surround if needed. Area was cleaned and technician put everything back the way it was prior to performing work. He was very polite and we actually hire them the next week to repair other issues in our home. Russell from All Plumbing came exactly on time, took a close look at the many problems, and left a quote. He took the time teo explain exactly how he would fixt the issues. He returned the next morning and completed the repairs as promised. He left the area tidy and removed the old pipes.

I sent an e-mail requesting service at a specific date and time. The service person came on time and fixed the problem in short order. I could not have asked for a more efficient transaction.

Russell had the right valve (Symmons) to replace the old rusty one, and took my new valve that I had tried to install myself unsuccessfully in trade for the two valves installed in the basement to shut off water to the clothes washer if the valve that shuts off both hot and cold water fails in the future. After installation and testing, a leak in the hot water line right after the shut off valve in the basement appeared, and Russell resoldered the pipe/valve connection. We were very pleased with his professionalism and the bill for emergency (Saturday afternoon) repairs was less than was quoted on the phone.

I also had a very positive experience with this provider. Another plumber had left a mess of my hot water system, and after trying to charge me $1,400, I told him not to come back. I read positive reviews of All Plumbing on this site, called them, and they sent someone within the hour to investigate the problem and give me an estimate to fix it. I was impressed to hear that even the most expensive type of fix would only run about $400. He explained the problem to me and had everything up an running in less than two hours from arriving at my house. I'll use this provider again.

The plumber was on-time, professional, friendly and quick and the price was right. The delivery company would have charged us $150 if we had them hook it up.

The plumber came out within the hour since he was nearby completing a job in the area. He surmised the problem and fixed it in a few minutes time.
