Before I found "All Plumbing Repair", I had called many, many plumbers, they were either not interested in small jobs or wanted to charge hundreds of dollars. This company is local and the owner is so pleasant. Even the lady that takes the calls is professional and courteous. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Very good experience. All Plumbing Repair responded promptly to my voice message and set up a time for the repair the same day. Jason called ahead and arrived at the appointed time. He assessed the situation and went right to work. Very friendly and efficient and he applied my Angie's List discount to the bill. I told Jason when he left that I would happily recommend All Plumbing Repair to my friends and would definitely call on them in the future if needed.

They were on time, had to improvise a bit and even suggested a change of placement. They were very friendly and completed on time for $400 less than another "well known" plumbing company. They even swept up after themselves. Very good company!

As with my past experience, they arrived on time, discussed the problems with me and then worked quickly and efficiently to resolve them. They clean up after themselves. Costs were very reasonable. These repairs were done some months ago and all of the problems they fixed have stayed fixed!

Said that he needed to replace the valve on a leaking shower rather than replace the washers because the valve was damaged. Was probably correct. Said that he could replace the valve without removing the shower insert or cutting into the wall on the other side - which was good - however he did cut a larger hole into the shower stall without letting me know - ok, I guess. The $500 for the valve and labor was not cheap, but ok, I guess. We were worried we might have to take out the shower insert or cut into the wall to access the valve and he did fix it without doing this so that was good.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish and my first experience with them and incidently I have used the services of many plumbers over the years and believe me they were by far the BEST!!!

I felt I chose the best and most reliable plumber based on other Angie?s reviews. I didn?t shop around to get quotes for the job, because I work too and need to be in the office to do my job.I was able to arrange to work from home the day of the repair. Mike adjusted to my sudden and unexpected conference call meeting and was able to arrive earlier than our originally agreed-upon time. The drain repair in my shower was done within an hour, which was the estimated time for the repair. One piece was replaced in the drain. The work was top notch and I haven?t experienced any problems. The total price for the work was $300. The bill wasn?t itemized, but it?s possible the replacement part may have cost $100. I think $200 an hour for labor is very high. I used the coupon from Angie?s, which helped a little. I?m still searching for a reliable and reasonably-priced plumber.

This is a tough review to write. On one hand, All Plumbing did everything right. Customer service/appointment setup was easy and friendly. Service was courteous, prompt, and fast. They even fixed an issue with the sink that I didn't even know about. Furthermore, I thought the cost for the labor was fair as well. My issue is that I could have bought the 3/4 hp garage disposal for $80 less online. I realize that there are inventory costs, multiple distributors, convenience, etc. in play but on a side note, I had an electrician (Steve Christmas for Christmas Electric) provide me an estimate on a standby generator setup and he recommended that I did not buy a generator from him as it would cost me more than purchasing it myself. It would have been nice to be given this option in this situation as we were not talking a couple dollars. Overall, I would recommend All Plumbing for the service but probably would look to purchase my own materials in the future.

Called All Plumbing Repair to report balky garbage disposal unit. This unit was a good 10-12 years old. The plumber, I think his name was Russell, called when he was enroute. He arrived within the time window. He was very personable & polite. Upon inspection of the unit he recommended replacing it. He had one on the truck, provided the price & 10% Angie's List discount. Proceeded to complete the work in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with the overall work & would use them again.

Great experience from start to finish. The owner Mike was extremely professional and helpful. Our house is an older house with a lot of substandard workmanship from the past. Mike helped to resolve issues with excellent suggestions. He took the time to demonstrate actual plumbing parts to us to enhance our understanding of the work to be performed. They were on time, finished expeditiously, and at the exact price quoted. Mike even managed to create a stand-up shower in a bathroom where the tub is installed in a peculiar way. Will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs.

Came to clean out a v.e.r.y. s.l.o.w. bathtub drain, and arrived 10 minutes early! It turned out there were more issues than just a clog (poor work from previous owners) and Jamie carefully explained our options, with costs and benefits. We decided to fix it right, so he and Mike did just that right away. They spent the next three hours replacing the drain plumbing completely for the tub. They cleaned up well afterwards, and made absolutely certain that it was working perfectly before leaving. They also were great and patient with my very curious 5-year old through the whole process - he is now on the hunt for plumbing issues so that his plumber friends can come again!! While I am not so eager to find a leak, I will definitely be calling them again the next time I do.

We needed a garbage disposal replaced and had no idea who to call. Upon checking Angie's List, I read all the great reviews for ALL PLUMBING REPAIR and decided to go with them. Jason did the repair/replacement and did a wonderful job. Jason was prompt, courteous, professional, neat and quick. The job was fairly priced and the company guarantees their work. I will use this company again when I need a plumber.

OUTSTANDING! That sums it all up when referring to Mike and his team at All-Plumbing repair!! My wife and I recently purchased a new home last year and needed a complete overhaul / remodel in 2 bathrooms, as well as replacement of broken valves and a new shut off on the washing machine. After researching and finding All-Plumbing Repair here on Angie's List, we decided they were the company to go with, and we couldn't have been more pleased or impressed!! We used there services over the course of 6-8 months as the remodeling was ongoing, and were always pleased with the attention to detail and fine work Mike and Russell performed. Both bathrooms came out better then expected and everything is working great!! Both Mike and Russell had great advice and recommendations where to shop for plumbing fixtures too, as we were new to the area. All-Plumbing repair is a fine example of quality work and upstanding professionalism by nice, respectable, courtesous, hard-working and experienced plumbing professionals!! No job to small or big for them and their on time performance is unbeatable!! OUTSTANDING!!

I called this morning and they responded very quickly and said they could be at my house by noon. They showed up earlier and the individual was very professional and experienced in what I was asking for and he quoted me a price, which I accepted and went right to work. He was very thorough and clean and completed the work slightly ahead of what the estimated time was and the bill was slightly less than quoted. I was very pleased with this experience and would certainly use this company again. Very nice experience.

The plumber arrived on time, and instead of an estimate and another day home from work, five hours later, all problems were fixed! It was a miracle! We now have plentiful hot water for dish washing, my sons can use their third floor full bath for all toilet, shower/bathing needs, all fixtures in second floor shower/tub were replaced, and the mysterious wet floor in the basement turned out to be a dislodged hose from the new washing machine...feeling rather foolish about that, but happy to have all problems solved. When my husband told me five hours, I thought, "There goes the tax return!" But the final bill was much less than I had anticipated. Why three other plumbing companies were unable to diagnose the tub leak over the past couple of years, I don't know, but the folks at ALL have our most genuine thanks, and will be our exclusive go to guys for future remodeling plans, and any future plumbing needs!

Very professional, punctual and thorough. Recommended a piping layout to tie in the new line with the existing system that reduced a number of additional connections. The owner performed the installation and was commended by the town inspector for his workmanship and attention to detail. Price was about 10% higher than where I would have liked to have been but more than reasonable considering the caliber of the work performed. Would hire All Plumbing again without hesitation.

The company gave me a call when the driver was 10 minutes out from our house. The work was done cleanly and competently. I phoned at 8:30 A.M. and problem was fixed by 11:30 A.M. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again whe i have plumbing issues at my house.

After sending an email to the company on a Thursday, they promptly called back and scheduled an appointment. As these were not emergencies, I opted for a Monday morning appointment. The plumber was on time and very professional. The hot water issue miraculously fixed itself over the weekend and he did spend some time trying to help us figure out what could be the issue there. He fixed the kitchen sink and diagnosed the issue with the toilet. He was there for an hour and just charged the labor cost (minus the Angie's list coupon :) We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Very good experience. They were quick to return phone call and also quick to come out to provide service. Very professional gave estimate before starting work and were pleasant to deal with and cleaned up when they were finished. Price was very good and they did honor the Angie's discount on the labor cost. Would definitely use them again in the future and plan to.

Yesterday Russell arrived promptly on time. I described several problems I was having. He explained what was in scope, and proceeded to review the 2 jobs in scope. He did an excelllent job replacing my showerhead and showed me how to do it. He looked at my toilet which I was told needed to be replaced with another brand. He explained that the drop in I was using was eroding the seal, and that I did NOT need a new toilet. He verified that he could get the parts to fix my toilet, returned in 15 minutes, and the job was done. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to do the work THAT DAY and took no more than 45 minutes to do it. I was very, very pleased and have already put in a request for another job. They honored the Angie's discount which I had honestly forgotten about - I was so pleased.
