Based on the reviews on Angie's list I contacted All Plumbing Repair to take a look at a tub leak. They were very responsive and we scheduled a time for them to come out. After going over the tub repair cost (which was very reasonable) I asked about some of the items I had on my "wish" list. Good thing I did!!!! After going over everything and getting a very reasonable price I decided to have them take care of everything. Again, good thing. I had wanted to replace the toilets in my house almost since moving in. I had another plumber (who I had used quite a bit) quote me a pretty high cost to replace and install the toilets. It was just too expensive to tackle at that time (I had asked him a couple of times). The price quoted by All Plumbing Repair was much less than the other plumber so I had them do it. After removing the toilets it turned out the flanges on both were completely corroded and essentially gone. Jason took his pocket knife and just showed the pieces chip away. He commented that he was surprised I didn't have more damage or any leakage. Jason was here the entire day. He was very professional and courteous. After each item was taken care of, he went over what he did and showed me what may have changed because of his work. I very much appreciated the work done and will without hesitation use All Plumbing Repair again!

When I called him he asked if this could wait til Monday (it was a Friday afternoon), I said "no" and he said "I'm sure I can work something out, I will call you back shortly." He called back in less than 1/2 hour and showed up an hour later! He definitely goes out of his way if you're in need, highly recommended. Job was done quick, price was very fair and I will likely use him again.

I had a very quick response to my initial email and an appointment was set up for a few days later due to this not being an emergency. Jason arrived on time, gave me options regarding the level of investment I wanted to make, then proceeded to repair the leak. It was discovered at that time that there was a build up inside my shower head that was resulting in poor performance so Jason cleaned it out for me. He also gave me quotes and options on other work I will be doing soon and took time to explain things clearly to me. I will definitely be calling them for my future jobs.

I called All Plumbing on 3/7/13 to schedule an estimate for services needed, they were prompt in calling back and scheduling an appointment convenient for us. We were given a time frame when they would be here between 1:00 and 4:00, we were asked if we would like a call when they were on the way and obviously we did, I was not sure they would actually call and let us know because these days most just show up within the time frame. I was really surprised Jason did give us a call at 12:40 and told us he would be here in 20 min and he was, I was very impressed!! He assessed the work needed to be done and gave us a quote, which was dead on, and was prepared to do the work right away. We did have it done at that time, so now we didn't have to make another appointment, which was a huge plus! We went with them because their price was half of what we were quoted by another company. From the start Jason was professional and helpful and answered any questions we had, is very personable! He installed both garbage disposal and water filter and removed old filter and repaired the pipe. He even went above and beyond and secured our other water pipes that should have already been secured but weren't, we would have never known otherwise. After work was complete he cleaned up everything, If i didn't see him I would have never known he was there, which I am thankful for. Chances of us using All plumbing again is a definite yes!!!! I'm quite impressed with the services rendered!

The service provider recommended replacing the entire hot water heater. I agreed and they performed the service. The same exact day, tenants started smelling gas in the basement of the building where the hot water heaters were. They left doors and windows open to allow fresh air in. At night they shut the doors and windows but the gas smell was still present. They ended up calling the West Hartford fire department to look for a gas leak at 1am the next morning. CNG was called in as well and they found a gas leak on the gas connection on the hot water heater next to the one replaced. CNG shut off the gas to the unit, disconnected it and shut it down completely. All Plumbing, by chance, was scheduled to come the next day to look at another issue and was alerted of the problem by a tenant. They called me and recommended replacing the 2nd hot water heater be replaced due to a venting issue (no mention of a gas leak). The venting issue was slight and probably there from when it was installed many years ago. All Plumbing denied having anything to do with the gas leak even though their technician happened to replace the unit next to leaking unit on the same exact day. I find it hard to believe a gas leak magically started the same day they provided service. Thank goodness nobody was hurt but I will never use them again and don't recommend them.

We woke up to a leaking water heater. I called All Plumbing Repair and got an answering machine, but they provided an emergency number. I called the emergency number and spoke to Mike. We told him the problem, what we wanted done and he told us he'd pick up the parts and would be out in about an hour. He showed up as promised, replaced the water heater with a high-quality water heater and put in a new shut off valve. He even answered some unrelated questions we had while he was working. He did a nice, neat job. Carted away the old water heater and was out of here in less than 2 hours. Great responsiveness! Would not hesitate to call him again.

He came right away and we had no problem.

The plumber was going to run late BUT he did call to let me know, which I greatly appreciated. He was polite, knowledgeable and solved the problems in quick order. Great experience.

We have seen several different plumbers from All Plumbing Repair Inc. They have all done great jobs! We have had no problems whatsoever with the various items they nave installed. Our old toilet works better than new after new innards were put in during the reinstallation process! We would definitely recommend All Plumbing Repair.

Mike from ALL PLUMBING REPAIR handled our emergency call very quickly, explained what he was going to do, how much it would cost, and quickly and professionally made the repair. We would highly recommend their service and will use them again.

On time, professional, explained all issues and potential cost before performing services. Have used other plumbers that were more expensive and did not do as professional a job. Will use them again to do other jobs in the spring that we couldn't do due to time of the year. Applied Angie's List discount upffont. Will reccomend to others.

I called the company and was able to set up an appointment within a few days. Mike came out as scheduled on two occasions and did a great job installing baseboard heat and running water lines. He is very likable and prompt and we are happy with a job well done that did not break the bank.

I've now worked with the owner and several other plumbers from All Plumbing. Everyone is friendly, professional, and willing to explain things to me as a homeowner. The owner looked at a potentially large job a couple of years ago and told me that I didn't need to replace lots of piping, as some one else had recommended...and we've been fine since another plumber offered dire warnings. I'll use them again and happily recommend them to friends.

ALL PLUMBING came to the house on time, quickly diagnosed a leaking toilet seal and promptly repaired it for a reasonable price. The slow leak had resulted in a small water stain The service person also did a quick inspection for any other leaks or potential plumbing issues around the house. Great service!

Everything was done professionally and on time.

I had a problem with a leaking garbage disposal and needed it replaced. I made a call and had an appt for someone to come out within 4 days- I said that it wasn't an urgent need because I needed to coordinate the visit with my work schedule and when I could be home. The plumber arrived on time and asked me several questions about the issues with the kitchen sink. When I described that I have always had issues with a slow running drain even before the issue with the garbage disposal he told me that it was due to the way the pipes were set up and offered to make the changes right then.

They were very professional. They didn't rip me off and the price was great. I will use them again in the future.

Talked with Lisa in the office to make an appointment for the next working day at a time convenient for me. Mike arrived on time, provided a quote that I thought was reasonable and completed the work in a highly satisfactory manner. He was pleasant and professional. When completing his bill Mike reduced the amount of his charges by 10% for an Angie's list discount that I was not aware of. Nice folks to work with.

I have used All Plumbing Repair for several jobs and each job has been completed professionally. The service person always arrives promptly as scheduled and completes the job at the price and in the duration quoted. I will definitely use All Plumbing Repair in the future

All Plumbing Repair had previously done a good job with a dishwasher installation arranged through Lowe's, and I appreciated their work then. I called them on Saturday, when I noticed a small leak from my washing machine shutoff valve. I was able to turn off an isolation valve to stop the leak, so there was no emergency. On Sunday night, Mike called to schedule his visit on Monday afternoon. He arrived as scheduled. After looking over the job, I was pleased that he could offer me not just one, but two possible new valves that he had on the truck. One was a Symmons valve that was the same as the valve installed, and would not require removal of the valve body. The other was a Watts valve, which would cost more, since the valve would have to be completely replaced. I chose the Watts valve at a higher cost , because Mike said they were less troublesome. He was able to complete the repair, and get everything back in place in about one hour. He was professional and pleasant throughout. Overall, I was very pleased with the job, particularly that he was able to make an appointment quickly and arrive as agreed. I think the price seemed a little high to me, $261.30 after Angie's List 10% labor discount. The Home Depot price on either valve was about $30, so I guess most of the total price was labor. Seemed like a lot to me. But I chalked this up to my inexperience with plumbing costs in general. I still give them an overall A rating.

I called this company based on good reviews on Angie's List, and I was not disappointed. Phone contact was easy and the appointment was kept. All costs were stated up front, which were less than anticipated. The work was flawlessly completed. They conveniently took away the old toilet (asked beforehand if I wanted this) and explained the minimal fee for doing so. The very personable and knowledgeable plumber even helped fix a plugged bathroom drain for no charge. I plan to use this company again very soon, and recommend them without hesitation.

Fine. I also had my plumbing inspected to trouble shoot a problem. This company could not figure out was was wrong and offered very few suggestions about how to resolve it.

I had a mystery water leak which I could not find. The repairman was able to locate it in less than 15 min (water inlet to my dishwasher). He was always professional and supportive of my efforts to find the leak on my own.
