I am SO impressed with All Plumbing Repairs. Last night, I EMAIL'd the company to ask for a quote for a new gas hot water heater as my old one started leaking. I got a call first thing this morning, and Mike was out this afternoon and replaced my hot water heater! I had received a couple of quotes from various companies and All Plumbing Repairs provided the best price and service. And with all the Angie's List "A" reviews I read last night, I knew they were the right choice. I highly recommend them and will use them for future work.

The plumber installed a double sink vanity and a toilet. The plumber could have found ways to charge us more money and rip us off as we have experienced many times in the past but this was not the case. The plumber was working as a contractor for Home Depot and couldn't give me his card because he was working as a contractor but I noticed the name of the company on his van. Great customer service and great rates!!!!!

Jason and his helper arrived right on time, got right to work, were very courteous and respectful of our home. They involved me as appropriate, worked steadily, finished quickly, fully explained what was done, and completely cleaned up before leaving. Easiest work I've had done in a long time. Prompt, thorough, polite, tidy and a good value...what's not to like?

The work was completed today, Monday, which tends to be a busy day for plumbers. They assured me that Mike could get out and fix/replace the water heater before the end of the day. They weren't sure exactly what time, but they kept in touch with me throughout the day . When Mike arrived he was friendly, neat and professional, and explained the work he was doing. Within an hour I had a new water heater (our old one was 12 years old), and our leaking faucet was fixed. I had secured 3 estimates for the job and Mike was the most reasonable. He also offered a discount through Angie's list. My daughter is delighted to take a hot bath, and I am confident that I will be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

There was no hot water on Saturday morning. We called GE as the appliance is only 2 months old. Mike showed up on a Saturday even though he doesn't work on weekends and changed the thermocouple.

We got them from Angie’s List. This is the second time that we used them. Both times they have resolved the issue quickly and at a reasonable cost. They have shown up on time and always have shown up when they said they will. They are very pleasant to work with and they have provided reasonable estimates and gave us a few different options too. It was a pleasure to worth with them. We are going to be using them again for some additional plumbing work of replacing faucets.

Called Mike concerning what I thought was a much bigger more complicated plumbing problem and was dreading the estimate. He came out just to give me an estimate on fixing the problem and found that the problem was not what i feared but much simpler one that he was able to repair in minutes. And I swear I think that bathroom was cleaner after he left then before he got there (don't tell my wife).

Excellent. They, Michael Sr. and Michael Jr., gave me a 8am-10am window and arrived promptly at 8am. They identified the problem immediately and were right on the money. They completed the job in just about an hour. They also replaced a shower head in another bathroom at no charge. They were courteous, prompt,professional and I have set up with them to replace two other shower valves in the other bathroom. They will be back next week. I was quoted $600 but I got a $50 credit for having found them on Angie's List. That was an excellent surprise! These guys are a keeper. I highly recommend All Plumbing. Let me add that I have had three other repairs in the past 5 years trying repair the leak. All Plumbing finally got the job done right. Too bad I wasted about $1000 on other 'amateurs' saying they fixed the problem.

I have to admit up front - I was very nervous about this repair. The sink in my bathroom clogged, and I had a feeling that it would be a tough job for two reasons. 1, it was a pedestal sink and these can be a real pain in the a** to clean out. 2, the pipes in my building are about 100 years old, so it was going to require a light touch from a professional. The guys from All Plumbing Repair came out the day after I called them first thing in the morning so that I would be able to minimize the amount of work that I missed. They were extremely effective at cleaning out the drain without damaging the pipes, or even having to disassemble the pedestal sink to do the job. They were friendly, informative, and efficient. I will use them again in the future without a moment's hesitation.

They arrived on time and with proper equipment to dig out the cracked pipe, replace and test the pipe. They laid cardboard on the ground for dug out dirt to not disrupt the grassy area, were very clean, quick and complete. They tested the pipe to ensure there was no leaks and explained the process completely.

Everything went great. We have used All Plumbing Repair several times, they have been great every time! I called a week or so ahead of time to tell them we were having a new dishwasher delivered on 1/24/13. We scheduled the appointment for 1/25/13 from 1-3 pm. I found out on the 23rd that the dishwasher would be there early (between 8 and 10 am) on the 24th so I called and left a message asking if there was any way they could do it on the 24th since I have a family member that was very anxious to use it. Jason called me on the 24th and said he could be to my house in about 45 minutes! He installed it with no problems. Russell is the other plumber who has done work at our house and I think he and Jason were both very professional and very easy to deal with. No surprises!

Called and left a voicemail that was promptly returned on 6/5/2013. They said that they would come on 6/6/2013 between 12 and 2 pm and they showed up at about 12:30. Michael introduced himself and was very professional. He gave me prices for three different solutions to the problem at hand and explained how each one would work and the long-term and short-term results of each solution. He was very cognizant of the cost impact of each solution. He indicated that estimate was free and I was under no obligation to choose their services. However, his clear explanation and almost immediate availability to take care what was a "running" rather than a leaking faucet, was determinant in my choosing them for the job over three other providers and would-be providers. He said his people would be in a couple of hours and less than an hour later they were at my door ready to replace the faucets/valves. They were very professional, organized, and clean. They removed the old faucets/valves, did the pipe work, welded, removed the dishwasher on the room that gave access to the tub, completed all the work, and returned to its place what needed to be returned. When they were done, it did not even appear that work had been done through another rooms wall and a dishwasher had been pulled away from the wall to gain access to the pipes. They were very efficient and work results are great, no more leaks! Thank you ALL Plumbing Repair.

Mike could have fixed all of our plumbing problems in one day (on 5/21/13), but in a case of bad timing on our part, we happened to have another contractor power-washing our house on that day - Mike would need to shut off the water to fix one of the toilets - so I set up an appointment to have Mike return on 5/30/13 to do the rest of the work. The approximate cost of service that I listed was for the two appointments, and we did receive the Angie's List discount for all work. We feel that the price charged for the work was reasonable. Mike was punctual, professional and courteous both times (as was his assistant Steve) and did a great job fixing both toilets and the faucet (and leak in the cellar also - he even moved some shelving and small pieces of furniture for me). It is so nice to have a plumber who is punctual, professional and does great quality work! We will definitely call All Plumbing Repair, Inc. again. I neglected to write a review about past work that All Plumbing Repair did for us a few months ago (I don't remember the exact date). Before we found All Plumbing Repair via Angie's List we had hired a local plumber to fix a problem with fluctuating water pressure throughout the entire house. The other plumber had the problem fixed for about a month, then the pressure started fluctuating again. One of Mike's assistant plumbers (I believe it was Russell) fixed the problem for us - the water pressure has been fine ever since.

Jason was very professional and did a great job. Felt price was very reasonable.

My niece's condo is being rented while she is away. The tub is on the 2nd floor and the drain piping leaked into the drywall. Electrical box is in the same wall. The drywall got wet enough the the kitchen cabinet came down. I called on the Friday evening after normal business hours and Mike called back first thing Saturday morning. The tenant was away, so told him it could wait until Tuesday as it was Memorial Weekend. Made an appointment and he was very prompt. He looked at the job and needed to get materials, so said he would have to come back another day, because he had a lot of calls from the holiday weekend. I live 35 miles away and when he realized that, he rearranged his schedule to go buy the supplies and do it right away. After replacing the drain & piping we tested the work. Tub drains better and no leaks. The drain now meets current code requirements.

Steve did a great job. He listened to the problem and determined where it was likely originating. His assessment was correct and the problem was quickly resolved. He also explained why it happened and provided tips on how to prevent future occurrences. Great experience and price for a holiday weekend call!

This company was very responsive; we needed the work done within in a few days and they came out, give us a quote, and completed the work.

The house with the plumbing problem is for sale and is empty. It is a two story colonial. A home inspector for a prospective buyer noticed that the main drain stack had a leak that was evident in the basement. I emailed Mike at All Plumbing a picture of the drain pipe in the basement where it seemed to be leaking. He called at about 6 PM the next day and we met at the house about 15 minutes later. He spent about an hour determining that the source of the leak was the upstairs toilet. He tried a new wax seal, but that did not fix it. The drain pipe under the toilet lacked any support. He came back a few days later and replaced several feet of the stack. The leak was a badly glued piece of plastic pipe that had cracked in the joint. The problem joint appeared to be as old as the house, about 45 years. I felt very confident in spending the first hour with Mike while he was trouble shooting that he was a reliable person who would treat me fairly. I will definitely call him first in the future when I need a plumber.

They were very good. When I called the company, she said he would be here at 7:30 in the morning. He arrived right on time. He knew exactly what was wrong and educated me on how to prevent a frozen pipe. They gave me a nice discount.

It's perfect now, it flushes well and doesn't wobble. He had to work on the pipes underneath the toilet, I could have had a flood. He did a great job. He also gave me a 10% discount. I would definitely use him again.

It went extremely well. He explained and showed me the problem with my old garbage disposer. Gave me repair options. Came prepared with a new one in his truck and quickly replaced my garbage disposer and shared some helpful hints regarding operation and trouble shooting of the new equipment. Very professional and personable. I found the price very reasonable. Will definitely use All Plumbing Repair Inc. again and highly recommend the company!

Very promptly arrived to help unstop a toilet. Although he offered to snake the drain and replace some parts, after initial investigation, he saw that the toilet was rocking and that there was some leaking in the basement. He recommended replacing the toilet, since it was 20 years old. He went out, got a toilet and replaced it within the hour. He showed me where the toilet was leaking and even identified a leak to the main waste drain in the basement.
