Easy to get them to come out, they came out when it was good for me, not them. Alex was very professional, took time replacing the toilet rings to make sure there were no leaks during the installation, cleaned up after himself. Explained what needed to be done and why?and when I mentioned I got their name from Angies List he told me that qualified us for 10% off the price. We will use them again, in fact we are going to use them again, going to buy some new toilets for a remodeling project and have them do the plumbing installation. Highly recommend.

He arrived when he said he would, solved our problem, and charged us much less that I had anticipated. The experience was first-rate in all respects. I am happy to give All Plumbing Repair my highest recommendation. Anyone who uses their services will be pleased with the results.

We had a leak in a pipe located in the ceiling of our finished basement. I was able to slow it to a drip but it needed a permanent, professional repair. I called All Plumbing Repair, Inc and left a message as they had not opened yet. About 10 minutes later, I received a call back from Debbie. She was nice, professional and gave my call the appropriate level of attention. She said she would have one of the guys come to my house as soon as he could break from a current job. About 30 minutes later, I received a call from Debbie indicating Chris was at my house. Chris fixed the problem, provided some advice and was also courteous and professional. The price was fair given that I had no appointment, they provide an Angie's List discount. I would use All Plumbing Repair again.

Mike is very pleasant, did a great job and the price was reasonable.||I am planning on using their service again for some upcoming work in the bathroom.

The plumber was there within 2 hrs of our call. he was extremely professional and fixed our toilet for a very reasonable price.

Mike came out promptly a few days after I called for an estimate, and then scheduled the work a few days later. Everything was done as expected and they were very good to work with, accommodating of the fact that I had to meet them at the house and arrange for payment because I would not be there when they finished up. Would highly recommend them, and will use them again if needed.

The vanity top I had purchased created some challenges for him, but he was able to complete the job in an exceptional manner. He was very professional and willing to do whatever he needed to do to make the installation meet his professional expectations. I would heartily recommend All Plumbing to anyone who that needs a plumber.

Work was done on the same day that I called (a Friday) which I was very happy about. Spoke to Debbie on the phone at 8:30a.m. and she was very pleasant. Said it was a busy day but would try to fit us in. Chris arrived at about 2:45 p.m. Gave me a quote after looking at the toilet which was leaking at the base. He did the work in about 30 minutes. He was very nice and polite. He did charge the amount he quoted to me. He did not however offer the 10% discount for seniors (I am 66). I can't honestly say if the cost was reasonable or not. I do know that my toilet is fixed and working well. I have used this company in the past but am new to Angie's List and this is my first review. I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Took care of it in a timely manner. He returned right away when the problem happened again and spent the time finding the cause. I would highly recommend.

Excellent response following call. Alex was very professional and quickly determined the cause of the leak. He agreed to take pictures of the damage to the ceiling for possible insurance claim. I would highly recommend this plumber for all plumbing needs.

On time, cleaned up after install, met all expectations!

Alex came on time, analyzed the problems, then not only replaced the handle with one in his truck but went quickly to a store to find the brand of flap necessary (Toto is a weird brand apparently) and was back in 5 minutes. The whole repair took just 20 minutes and the toilet is flushing without leaks: I'm saving water again. In the invoicing process, I told Alex I'd be submitting a positive review on Angie's list, and he re-did the whole thing to be sure I got a 10% discount. I've written positively about All Plumbing before, but forgot to mention it to Ales BEFORE he started the billing. He was wonderful about that as well. Highly recommend!

My water heater went out over the weekend and I was frantic to get a new one installed on Monday so we would only have to suffer one workday without showering at home. Mike gave me the best price, and his service was outstanding. He had to replace all the venting, and he improvised outside to make it look nice - a real professional - just like it was his own home. He showed up with Chris around 11am, and I think they were done by 1pm. Great job.

Mike was on time and discussed all options with me before doing work. Work was completed in two hourx and the price was less than the estimate. Great job!

I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone. Mike and his son came to install 3 toilets in our house. They were quiet, efficient and extremely clean. He even brought extra parts in anticipation of our not having them on hand!

Perfectly, and everything was done in an hour

I called on 9/4/13 ......very polite and pleasant on phone . Showed up the next day as scheduled and gave me a quot for the work , I asked if it could be done today and he made a call and got right to work . After removing a very large cast iron sink , Jason took the time to let me remove some old boards and install new ones in there place before he continued . He did an excellent job and even had suggestions to set things up to look nice......not just functional . I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs . Helpful , great work , accommodating and gave me an Angie"s List discount ! Thank you Jason .

The work was completed quickly and as scheduled. The contractor originally forgot to cap an old line as agreed to but promptly returned the next day to complete the job.

Service was provided efficiently, professionally and timely. I am very pleased and will certainly use All Plumbing again.

I called on Monday morning - we had a leaky shower drain pipe (upstairs) that was leaking into the ceiling of our downstairs living room. I explained that we needed it fixed as quickly as possible. I was told that they would try to squeeze me in between jobs that day and that they would call to confirm. A couple of hours later they called my wife and said they would be able to fix for me in at lunch time (same day) - with NO extra "emergency" charges. Long story short, the plumber fixed the leak (at a reasonable (price) and saved me a huge headache. The staff was very friendly and professional. I also received 10% off the first service, which paid for my annual Angie's list subscription. Grand Slam home run.

Mike and Mike Jr. were a great team: they came promptly, worked efficiently, were professional and friendly, and were priced very reasonably - especially for a senior citizen trying to live in expensive Connecticut on fixed income! The tub drain is now swirling the way it's supposed to, and I no longer have to pour corrosive stuff into the pipe. I'm delighted: highly recommend!
