Overall a very pleasant experience. Rob, the owner, is professional and delivered as expected. The price point was about 40% lower than California Closets. The product offered is not the "hanging" system several competitors are offering but the system which is also supported by the floor (standing system). HouseRob made several changes we requested and provided 3D renderings of what the closets would look like. This was very helpful. Install took 1-2 days and was completed within 3 weeks of the agreement.

Description of Work: They did quality work and we love our new master bedroom closet. However, when they were here for the install they realized they would need to take my large plate glass mirror back to the shop to frame it - bringing it back to re-hang the following week. It took over 3 MONTHS, 5 EMAILS and 3 failed promises of 'we will be there next week' until they brought back the mirror. Extremely unfortunate because they did such quality work - but the lack of professionalism, timeliness & broken promises.... I would not recommend them or use them again.

Although the customer is correct on the mirror issue. The time frame is a little stretched. We did take the mirror to frame for free and no chare to customer and after a few emails did install it as promised. As a 20 year supervisor in law enforcement and 13 years in business I have never been called unprofessional. We take pride in what we do and try to give the best price and service. An apology was given and customer was told about a full knee replacement I went through just weeks after installation. I guess that was not good enough. Furthermore the customer had just moved in the house from out of state and didn't have any closets at all designs were done and installed in about two weeks. I am usually 4 to 5 weeks out on install and rearranged our schedule to meet her move in date and was very grateful that I was that accommodating so again I apologize to the customer as I did several times and guess 3 month after services were complete she was still upset on a Sunday morning to write a negative review. As always our customers are very important to our business as we try to our best to get it right. Have a great day.

They were so much more professional than all the other companies we had come out. The people that came were professional, fast, neat and clean. For what they gave us, they were very high quality.
Description of Work: They did everything for us. They did the entire job. They renovated 2 big walk in closets for us.
