+ -1 moreI had a supply pipe to the toilet break off below the shutoff, I called and John was able to be at my house in 1/2 hour. He was professional and knowledgeable - I have an old house and simple things can turn complicated quickly. He replaced the broken pipe and shutoff, and fixed the toilet, within an hour. His rate was reasonable.
Description of Work: Replaced broken supply pipe & shutoff valve to the toilet, and replaced the ballcock assembly in the toilet.

+ 0 moreIt's a family-owned business. He has been in business for 25 years. He has family here. He is very reasonable. He gave an estimate on work that I haven't had done yet. He heard some dripping in the basement and fixed it without charging me.
Description of Work: I had a fixture underneath of the kitchen sink that let go, and they replaced the mechanism and piping.
