Very responsive to questions all along the project. Brought in installer to pre-check and make sure plan would work. Very respectful of property and very timely completion of project. I recommend this company!

The workers were very professional. The installation was done during the week thatn we had extremely high temperatures but they showed up every day and worked in the blistering heat of the attic. They also provided a loner window air conditioner for me until the central A/C unit was up and operational. I would highly recommend them.

I had a few estimates done for complete system replacement and by far, I would recommend Paul M @ Thomaston's. He took his time, did an impressive review of my townhouse and what was needed to make life livable in a house with a system that was not working. They did an excellent job with scheduling, getting me in earlier than originally planned, which I am grateful for since the interior temp was becoming unbearable. Making a decision of this type can be daunting, but if the right company is involved, the process is painless. The right company is Thomaston's.

While we waited for the loan approval for our new furnace & A/C, he even brought space heaters over to keep us warm- and they did! Just a great, honest, dependable man with a friendly, competent team who you're really glad you found.

We had a great experience with this company. We scheduled an appointment for a quote. Paul showed up on time and we had a quote in our hands that day. When we were ready to move forward, I emailed Paul and we had heat in out finished basement within a few days. The job only took a day to do. The workers were polite and efficient and cleaned everything before they left. Everything was explained to us step by step and we are extremely satisfied with the finished product.

Was a little rocky getting scheduled, but they gave a good price and everyone was friendly and attentive. They had to come back to fix an installation issue a few days later, but they were there about 12 hours after I notified them of the issue and on a snowy day. Very satisfied with the customer service I received and would hire again, giving them the benefit of the doubt for sure.

We've been customer's for well over 15 years. Woke up to a flooded basement, because of a relief valve that failed. I called Mike , and within the hour he had a crew of guys at my house to fix the problem. Thank Mike, for the always taking excellent care of us. Highly recommend Thomas Comfort Control!!

friendly and courteous service, reasonable pricing and responsive. They only get 3 starts because they were somewhat disorganized in the planning and installation which is a pet peeve of mine. Job took 3 days rather than the 2 initially indicated.

Honest sales man. Did not try to up sell. On the contrary convinced me to buy less. Knowledgeable sales and technical people. Installation was as scheduled quick and neat with one small hiccup. The installed system is quiet and effective. Over all I highly recommend them.
