They estimated 3 days to complete. I took vacation time to remove myself and dogs from house for 3 days explaining I need to be back on Saturday. I moved all furniture out on Tuesday for them to start Wednesday. They call after 5 pm the night before to say they are running a day late. I was concerned because I needed floors to be dry by Saturday. Then they called back to say that they estimated wrong and it was a 5 day job, not a 3 day job and would refund my deposit or reschedule. I explained I had already acquired the vacation time from work and moved furniture so I cut job in half. I left and assumed they were working on Thursday. Friday morning I received a call from them saying that Mark cant fit his truck on front lawn and wouldn't be doing job. By Friday, it was too late anyway as they could never put 3 coats down by Saturday. In the meantime I wasted 3 days of vacation and spent 2 days moving furniture in and out needlessly. It is clear they overbooked and cut my job since they had no materials invested in my job. Very unprofessional and unreliable! Not the same company they used to be!!!!

These guys were excellent and pricing was very fair. Perfectly on time for both the estimate and the work, called to confirm the day before, were very professional, took great care to keep the house safe from dust (for the tile removal), and did an excellent installation right down to all the corners and details. Would definitely use them again in the future.

It went well. Our only concern was that we had an installation date of a Wednesday. I called on Tuesday to check the time and we were told the carpet had not arrived at their facility yet. But the installation would happen Thursday or Friday. It did occur on Thursday afternoon as promised - but we had to call them to find out the time and day. They were very apologetic about the delay - which was minor. The carpet was what we ordered and the installation went smoothly - the staff were very professional, working in the hot steamy weather that day and we do not have central air in the house. So - I was very pleased with the service and with the carpet itself. But we would have appreciated a pre-emptive call on the rescheduling and more of a heads-up call before they arrived. We weren't sure of the time of arrival until about an hour beforehand.

They arrived 2 hours late and then never really performed the work. They did not charge me and they also told upfront that they may not be able to do it. My only issue was that they did one small area and it looked better, but they claimed they couldn't do it all. I got the feeling they had other things to do and didn't want to spend the time on my job.

Timing was important since we were having the whole interior painted and movers were scheduled on a specific date. Mark and helpers worked within the schedule and completed their work on time. Quality of their work was excellent overall. Only negative was some small quarter round trim work was not completed to our satisfaction after two tries. We enjoyed working with Beth in their showroom selecting materials and scheduling the work.

They were courteous, professional, and punctual. This is a family owned and operated business and thus they were concerned about how their work was done. Also, there were no hidden costs or surprises. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied, We plan on using them again to do the upstairs.

Crew showed up on time and finished in one day. Left house imacculate and performed good quality work.
