I do not recommend this company based on my direct experience. I advise to shop around. There are others that provide a better service and product. I had my driveway sealed on 11/6/2015, at a hefty price of $239.29. Shortly after the job was completed, I notice ponding of water directly in front of my garage doors. Invariably, what occurred was the two men that handled the prep work, dug too far down, when cleaning out dirt and a very small amount of grass, between the garage door concrete ramp and black top. The sealer was then applied and with the huge gap, the sealer fell way below the black top level, thus leaving a gaping space to collect standing water after a rainfall. I immediately started calling and emailing, the owner, Michale Latour to evaluate and remedy the situation. Most of the emails were ignored but the ones he did respond to, were nothing more than broken promises. He made plans to stop by, "as he would be in the area" on such and such a date, or "he would try to get over sometime." The fact was, he never showed up to try and make the job right. The most recent email in June of 2016, went unanswered, most likely because he is busy with other jobs. Quick to take my check, slow to provide service after the job was completed. Mr. Latour has been given 7 months to stop by my home and evaluate what his men did that created this ponding/pooling effect but has no intentions of honoring Jet-Black's one year guarantee or establishing that he's a good businessman. Again, I do not recommend this business and hope that other people consider other companies before running into the same problem.

Had my driveway sealed. Paid extra bc I thought it looked like they had a better finished product. Driveway was half covered - had to call and have them come back and redo the whole thing. Six months later it looked just like it did before they ever sealed it in the first place. A family member paid 1/3 of the price at the same time I did with another company and their driveway looks great. WILL NEVER BE CONNED OUT OF $300 BY THESE GUYS AGAIN

Their pricing was higher than other estimates, but they do hot patch seal which I wanted done.

Three men arrived on time. They edged my driveway , patched several cracks and then seal coated . They did a very neat and professional job. Our drive way looks GREAT!!!!!! Very happy with the results!

Arrived as scheduled and went to work right after consulting with me. There were two young men that were polite and responsive to my requests. I was satisfied with the expeience.

Called them one day and they came a week later at the appointed time and completed their work in a couple hours.

I'm very impressed. Our driveway is on a slope and formed several deep cracks. I've tried sealing them myself, and have had other companies try and they immediately open up. JetBlack did a great job -- cracks are still sealed. Thoe whole driveway is uniformly coated and they were very neat.

Mike, the owner, gave me a written estimate. His price was higher than the other seal coat operators in the neighborhood, but I have used a couple of them and knew what I was getting from them. I decided to spend a little more for a more industrial grade sealer, crack/joint filler and effort. After a few rain delays, Mike and team showed up when they said they would and went to work. My wife and I were pleased with the job. However, after a few days we saw where there could be some improvement, and after talking to Mike, he came out and took a look. In a few days he was back working on our oppertunities, His work was guaranteed and there was no charge for the additional effort. No excuses either, just did the job. We were happy.
