 + -1 moreThey're extremely professional. They've been around for many years. They have no problem is you cancel. The people that come to the house are highly trained and very professional. They do a good job and are extremely knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Our oriental rug had heavy moth damage. They were very upfront about their inability (at anything less than enormous cost) to repair. They cleaned the rug and it looks good (excepting the damage). My only negative was that they said it would be done in one week and it took two.

 + -1 moreSo far it's been good. I like their service. They were on time when they said they would be and kept to their price. They were helpful in choosing a carpet pad and altering the carpet that we did have. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
