Description of Work: The owner's knowledge of the various television technologies is really beyond what you can learn from on-line tech reviews and consumer sites. He patiently explained all the different options to us, the benefits, the trends, the ease of repair, availability of parts etc until we made our decision. We decided to pick up our 50 and 60 inch tvs ourselves and do our own connections. He didn't mind a bit and encouraged us to call with questions, which we did. He was immediately helpful, did some research on one of our questions and stuck with us until it was all connected. We are very happy customers. You can not get this level of knowledge and service along with good prices at any of the box stores.
