Description of Work: Our KitchenAid 48" range/oven was under warranty and Stratford Appliance was who they said was going to repair the steam boiler that stopped working (range was about a year old). The tech came out to inspect and diagnose, determined the problem and ordered the part. Part arrived and within 2 weeks, tech was back for the fix. The steam oven is operational again! Tech replaced everything carefully and order was restored.
