Below is the response I received from Shannon's landscaping. This company does not want to do business in Shelton, CT even though it is just one town over from Stratford, CT. They did a nice job and we are very satisfied. They seemed knowledgeable, straightforward, easy to talk to, and easy to reach. In terms of overall experience they were very good but we would not rate them very highly because of price issues as we probably could have the work done for a little bit less money. They were right on time as they ended up doing our installation early and we didn't have any complaints about that. They were completely professional. We would not use them again since we would be moving.

I reached out to Mike via email, which works easier given my job. He was very responsive and even scheduled with my via email. He followed up with very detailed quotes for all of the services we discussed during our meeting, and I received them within the week. very professional service provider.

Great - very professional, did what they said they would do, on time, very responsive. We looked at other lawns they had done and it was obvious they are at the top of their field. (no pun intended)

This is the first Angie's report I've been compelled to submit because the service is so great, both the lawn service and the customer service. I'd like others to know about Shannon and I highly recommend them. I've tried many lawn care companies in the last 3 years (we moved here from Atlanta 3 yrs ago not knowing anyone), and all of them other than Shannon have been so poor. Shannon's service is high quality and excellent value for the price. I don't have to check in on their work very often, and my lawn is starting to look good again. I plan to try their landscaping services next year. Shannon's trims and blows driveway/sidewalks/walkways with every cut, and it's done really well. The customer service is as good as the lawn service. Christine is always available and follows through on every call or request. For most services I've thought they provided reasonable prices. Thank you Shannon!
